The labels are wrong. Actual costs at the counter are double or triple what is at the stand. I was disappointed. I think it’s important to be honest with clients about costs upfront. This wooden mannequin was 3.25 at its stand/post but i was charged $6 at the teller

Received the greatest customer assistance from a young man named Devan today from this location. Guy was an expert at his job. If anyone deserves a Christmas bonus or raise for their performance, this is the guy!

This is the worst DG around. Every time I go in I tell myself I'm never going back. Last week the cashier told me I couldn't use my DG gift card because the system wouldn't let them scan it. Then today I was told I couldn't use a paper coupon because the system wouldn't let them. It was a coupon I got off their shelf by the way for clorox products! The cashiers are never nice, just rude and on their phone, and managers aren't any better. I will remind myself to shop at a different one from now on.

2022-09: The last time I went, they were re-stocking, so the place was in a bit of a disarray. I picked up a few items and didn't notice until I had left that two items I had rang up higher than the states price on the shelf. I went back a few days later to get the issue addressed but the tags had since been changed to show the price I payed, in which the lady who was helping me said the employees probably put items out before changing the price tags. Since it wasn't worth hassle of trying to get the prices honored that were on the shelves a few days prior, I ended up returning the items. The lady was super friendly and gave me no issues about returning the items, so I can say my experience was okay, all things considered.

The dog food did not scan at the price posted on aisle. Cashiers were unable to adjust prices at the registers per mgmt. A very nice man, misunderstanding the situation, did offer to pay for the dog food. I appreciated his kindness, however did not accept his offer. Dollar General should change the tabs or at least be able to adjust prices at the register. Particularly when the difference is substantial.

Cashiers need more training with coupons! Came in and wanted to use the 5 dollars off when you spend 25. Cashier insisted that it was applied because there was 2.50 discount three times on the receipt but that was different since it was for the Coke buy 2 get 1 free which was 7.50 each. 2.50 times 3 is 7.50!!! Shelf prices are also not accurate. Coke price on shelf was 6.75 but it's actually 7.50 when you scan. Very deceiving!

Worst establishment of a dollar general. The employee saw an entire line of people forming & continued to stock merchandise while looking at us. Then rudely said “don’t stare I’m coming.” Poor service. Cashier needs an attitude adjustment.
