Heather was amazing!! Heather was very professional and extremely accommodating. They had a low inventory (as did the entire CSRa) but Heather was so very helpful I only wanted to work with her and her location. Thank you Heather for making the experience hassle free! I highly recommend Heather at the Bobby Jones enterprise rental!

I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism this place displayed today and the manager Shania was the absolute worse.. I originally setup my insurance rental at the Gordon Highway location, they take it upon themselves to change my location to Bobby Jones location stating it was the closest to my repair shop even though I had my car towed on December the 26th so that was irrelevant and unnecessary, but ok cool I call Bobby Jones location on Jan 4th and spoke to whom I later found out was Darlene who stated she had me down for pickup on Today at 9 am, I get there and start working with a guy-- Shania doesn't even acknowledge me at all until I let the guy know I did not want a suv a car would have been sufficient i-- she then states you are on an 80/20 plan and tries to explain but I tell her the insurance company has already explained it to me -- do you have a car vs an SUV-- she states NO with an attitude despite there being multiple cars on the lot, then she states she doesn't even have me in the system for a vehicle and she is not renting to me at all, im saying how when I spoke to someone here and set it up after Gordon Highway stated I had to go to the other location--- I call customer service and she confirms the person I spoke to was Darlene on Jan 4 -- Shania acts as if she doesn't know who Darlene is but another employee comes right in and calls Darlene's name--- she was in the building the whole time , hearing the conversation and never tried to correct her wrong-- nobody apologized nobody tried to correct and we had to Uber back home --- I am going to expose them on every level possible because I did nothing at all to deserve this and will never ever rent from Enterprise again and btw I have been renting from them for vacations and many other reasons for at least 30 yrs---Corporate has been notified as well and really needs to get these unprofessional people out of there!!!! I have waited patiently for someone to reach back out to me - I sent the email As requested below on 1-7-24 and a follow up on 1-10-24 , no one has replied or reached out , I'm starting to get a clearer picture of why the customer service is poor at this location!!

Love this Enterprise location! The staff is professional and always so helpful. On my last visit Austin Zepp helped me with my car both on pick up and drop off. As always his customer service was excellent!

After a shaky start to the day with the Enterprise at 4788 Washington Road, the Management Team at 213 Bobby Jones Expressway (Marica Tubman and Courtney Clements) definitely changed my mind about Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They quickly were able to locate a car (I had a reservation at the other Enterprise) and worked to get me on my way in a matter of minutes. Highly professional and great to work with. I'll stick with the Enterprise at 213 Bobby Jones Expressway. Great support and customer servic e.

Love this Enterprise. We always choose this one when we rent even though we stay closer to another location, the customer service here is always top notch. Upon checkout Heather(i think that her name) was very helpful with getting us into the Durango. We initially reserved a Van, but it wasn't returned on time so we had to go with another option. I shared with her that we were on the 'plump" size and needed space and she did what she could to make sure we would be comfortable on our 6 hour trip. I'd also like to shout out Austin(he did return inspection). Very nice gentleman and kept the conversation going while we returned the car. Great job again Enterprise! We'll be back!

I had a great experience at this location. Heather was very helpful and courteous with my reservation prior to my car rental. Heather also assisted me when I picked up my rental and it was a pleasure to meet her in person. Courtney assisted me when I returned the rental and she couldn't have been nicer. Courtney gave me a ride to the Paint & Body shop to pick up my car. Heather and Courtney made this a great experience for me and they both are an asset to this organization.

It was positive energy from the moment I went through the door and didn't wait no more then 2 minutes before Heather attended to me. I can honestly say at this location the customer service is excellent. I will always rent me a car room this location.

I was informed to send my complaint to a certain email by the "business manager". I sent my complaint in to the email provided and my issue was not addressed. For a company that is supposed to thrive on customer service, they do not seem to care about the customers. They definitely do not seem to care about customer issues or care to solve them.

We lucked into an upgrade that made all the difference in the world for this trip (I’m an Enterprise Plus member, and this is my 4th rental in as many months, so I really appreciate it). Car was in great condition except a TP warning lite came on due to cold weather; they immediately checked and aired up the low tire prior to my driving off the lot. Total check out and return times a week later was less than 15 minutes combined. Great communication, excellent service.

Rating 1 star is generous! I reserved a car online. Then I called the location to make sure the car was available on the lot before I walked almost a mile to pick it up (which I told them on the phone)! When I got there 10 minutes sooner than anticipated, 4 employees were waiting for me to tell me they didn't have any available vehicles. They apologized and said they were "going to call me". This is the 2nd time Enterprise has confirmed at location and didn't have it when I came to pick up (I'll add I was on time both times( . Terrible customer service! You'd think one of the 4 individuals working could've called to cancel it.

Merica at the Enterprise location in Martinez, GA on Bobby Jones has thee best customer service!! She was very helpful and made sure that my rental experience was excellent all the way through. I appreciate her and all the team here for doing such great work.

This by far is the worst Enterprise location that I have ever experience. The Assistant Manager Shania Tate has the worse attitude EVER and even tried to have me banned from this location! I parked my car in the lot for a week since our company has an account with Enterprise! Noone ever said that I couldn't leave my vehicle, I'm assuming since I got there around closing time and everyone was ready to leave! Came back on Friday and my car was gone! Went in to ask the manager and the only thing she could say is we have signs posting that you can't park here. So I asked, so you mean to tell me you couldn't call me to let me know that I was in a restricted area, I possibly could've called a family member to move it? You couldn't look at the camera to see who left the car? Where am I supposed to park if I rent a car from ya'll? Her reply, Do you think we have time to go through all of that? She states that it's a designated area to park and I replied to her, well no one told me that ma'am! Another associated asked when did I park my car and I stated Sunday and he was like well, they probably put the signs up AFTER you parked it, which made sense because after viewing the towing bill, they had it towed after my car sat there for two days. I live an hour from Augusta so, I was stranded and a family member had to come and pick me up, and I couldn't wait inside since they were closing. I was outside on my phone after a heated argument with Shania she got in her personal vehicle and sped through the parking lot as if she was going to run me over, so I called the customer support line to report the incident. The next day close to their closing time I got a call stating that I was banned from the location since I reported the incident and I was supposed to pick up a car that Sunday for my work trip! I had to call around and no one could accommodate me since I live an hour away from Enterprise and I wouldn't make it in time to have a rental. After picking up my vehicle from the tow yard. The tow truck driver stated that he towed four cars that day and he had put signs out two days before he picked up my car in order for him to tow my vehicle ( and that connected with what the Associate told me Friday). Spoke with the regional manager who was very supportive and understanding of the situation she even refunded me back for my TOW. Thank God for her and removed the ban from me renting at that location. Looking back at the reviews I see everyone talking about how rude the assistant manager is and several people at my company have been complaining about her attitude since we deal with them on a regular basis. Please Enterprise correct this young lady!
