Antonio White is a true professional. However, we are not pleased with Farmers corporate for failing to communicate about changes to their requirements about paying for our policy. They should have advised us of their changes months earlier when the decision to change accounting methods was made, instead of sending a bill and requiring payment immediately under terms different than those we had previously agreed upon. Poor communication reflects badly on the Farmers management.

As a local roofing contractor with locations all throughout the states of SC and GA, it is important that we work with agents that are knowledgable about the policies they sell but more importantly, that they care enough to get involved when a mutual client is in need. We started working with Mr. White several months ago. In that time, he referred several of his clients to us for roof inspections and replacements. One of the referred clients had a problem on their roof replacement that involved an HVAC leak and Mr. White immediately reached out and resolved the situation with professionalism and in short order! Mr. White has established himself as a "Top Agent" at Armour Roofing & Construction based on how he assisted on this issue. He is one of very few agents across two states who has the knowledge and expertise to resolve such problems. When other agents sit on the sideline, Mr. White gets in the game. We recommend Mr. White as an agent and know he will take great care of his clients based on what we have seen so far, and we are just getting started.
