I loved going to this Goodwill, always had great inventory at great prices. Lately shoe prices are beyond high, I do not understand. Over $100 for secondhand shoes is literally ridiculous!

This is a good place to shop and get discount items. There are now 4 Goodwill locations in the CSRA, and they are all worth visiting for particular items. There is a brand new Goodwill downtown on Walton Way that just opened recently. If I were to rate each goodwill independently, I would give the goodwill on Washington Road the first spot. I would give the goodwill on Wrightsboro Road the second spot, and I would give the goodwill on Furys Ferry Road, the third spot.

I go here often and almost always find something worth buying; however, it’s getting more difficult because prices are out of hand. Shoes for $90? I don’t care if they are Air Force Ones, that’s insane. Employees are very friendly and the store is clean. I’ll keep going back, just buy less.

The selection is good at this Goodwill, and the people are super super nice! The employees were very helpful including loading a big armchair in our car!

We almost always find something useful for the house and it's nice to know that we're helping others by purchasing items from Goodwill.

They have some nice stuff… but it’s incredibly overpriced. Yet despite all the money they are raking in from items they get for free and turn around and sell for almost retail prices - they have very little staff. The line was wrapped around half the store and the poor employee said there was only one other cashier and she was on break. Definitely wouldn’t return here again… I don’t know what has happened to Goodwill prices.??♀️

I appreciate the store but many items are very overpriced. It's really bad when you can't afford used clothing at a nonprofit store that received items for free. Many prices are equal to retail not resale. There's something wrong going on.

Heaven forbid you park and try to walk over to the donations area. I parked and carried a small bag of clothes over to drop it off. The guy there refused it and told me I had to drive around the building to drop anything off. I promptly got back in my vehicle and left. Figured if they don’t want my stuff, I’ll take it elsewhere. Just can’t handle stupid people.

I went into the store to look for a few items I need for an upcoming trip next week. First of all, the prices are WAYYYY TOO HIGH for donated and used items. Second, the people that work in this store are so rude!! I asked the lady at the cash register what the return policy was and her answer to me was NONE in a very rude tone of voice. I then asked if I could try on the items I had in my cart and she said I GUESS YOU CAN! It was 6:35 and they don't close until 7:00 p.m. When they start announcing and hour before they close they are closing at 7:00 pm, they get more rude with each announcement. Someone tell me WHY DO THESE PEOPLE have to be so rude? There is no reason for this WHATSOEVER! Needless to say I put my items back and walked out of the store.

We typically donate to this goodwill twice a year when we go through clothing we no longer want or need. Perfectly good clothing with absolutely ZERO holes, missing buttons or damage whatsoever. I went this evening and dropped off several bags of clothing and they wanted me to wait while they went through each item. I will not do that because all the clothes are brand name and absolutely have no damage at all. It appears that goodwill needs to come off their high horse and understand that this is a donation and not a requirement on anyone’s part. If you don’t like what’s donated then throw it in the dumpster or compactor. Please try not to be so high society that you think your better than anyone else and you will be more successful. After all you already lost my business.

Update 4/27 I thought if I would talk about the prices and how they are overpriced for a store that gets its items for free would help them turn back and lower prices. Unfortunately the store has dug their heels in the dirt deeper. There are baby shoes for $65 and higher. I’m talking 10C sized baby shoes. Next time I visit I’m expecting higher prices. These prices are ridiculous! They don’t price smartly. I found pants with the original tag attached and it was priced at $60.99. Not too far away there is another pair of pants with the tag attached for 6.99. I also took a picture of a shoe. It’s $99.99. It’s red tag during this time so it’d be around $50. Any other time it’d be $100. I looked this item up on eBay. They sell for less than $100 brand new. For most of the shoes that are “special” price you can get in better condition on eBay and Poshmark for either the same price or less. I provided picture below. Be careful of the things you buy here

Prices are an actual joke save your money just go to the store and buy stuff brand new it's cheaper. You won't find a pair of shoes here for less than $35 I wish I was kidding they go all the way up to $80 - $100 for some beat up used donated shoes y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Horrible. I can not get over the prices here. How are they helping the community? What a shame.Goodwill has lost its mind. Won’t be shopping here again. Or donating for that matter. What a rip off.
