I love this Goodyear . This is the only place I take my car ! I have been coming here for years . Today I went because I had to get a new tire .. and I was on the way out of town . I was frustrated to the max .( Tee A )helped me resolve the problem and I got a good deal . Left in a better mood . I was not there long at all! Please come to this good year ! You would not regret it! Everyone is nice and the customers service is perfect.

When I first came in I was greeted by the staff. T assisted me with the removal of something hanging underneath my car and my entire experience was so helpful and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you again T and additional staff. You guys are awesome!

Went in for two new tires and an alignment. I had an accident in this vehicle a year ago and just had the front drivers side suspension replaced. I needed the alignment and two new front tires. The car was pulling hard to the right. I set up the appointment online because my brother had recommended them and they were only two miles away. I came in and explained the situation and asked them to grease the new suspension that had been replaced and two new tires in the front. I ended up getting an oil change also since my oil was very low. They said the passenger side suspension would also need to be replaced, which I already knew, I just needed it to pass inspection for a rebuilt title. They said my breaks would need to be replaced soon due to rust. I sat for almost 2 and a half hours before it was finally done. I ended up getting the 3 year alignment so after I fixed the other side I could bring it back for another alignment. I spent $680 for everything and was given back my key. Driving back up the street the car was still pulling to the right and it started to wobble, badly. I called them right back and they told me to come back in. I show up, they take my car and pull it back in. About 45 minutes later, the guy comes back to tell me it's now my breaks freezing up. I could have sworn you just said they were fine for now. He then proceeded to tell me that it's unsafe to drive and he's afraid it'll catch fire. He refused to give me back my key until I got my brother on the phone to demand he put it back together and give me back my car. He then told them it had nothing to do with the breaks and they were trying to take advantage of me. So they screwed up my car somehow and were trying to make it my fault by asking if I took it on the highway. No sir, just two miles up the road. Absolutely shameful to try to take advantage of customers after just spending that kind of money. Just to have their vehicle in worse condition than before bringing it in. Horrible people!!! STAY AWAY!!!

They were absolutely wonderful!Tee and Gravin were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to quickly replace a tire to prior to an Atlanta road-trip. They were efficient and professional. I highly recommend this Goodyear on Washington Road and will certainly use them again.

As an out of town guest - John got me right in and took care of my tire issues. He did a great job communicating and I would highly recommend coming to this shop. I wish John ran a shop in my home town!

Great experience and fast service! Had new tires placed, brake lights changed, new battery put in, and an oil change, all done in a few hours. Employees were very friendly and helpful when I had questions. Checked out my alignment too and made sure my car was safe for a long road trip! I recommend coming to this establishment.

I came here due to a very bad experience with another franchise which I will not name here but needless to say I had a horrible experience. It was a pleasure to find this place and not only are they punctual but they exceeded my expectations in there automotive experience. From the front office (very professional) to the technician (I especially like the one that owns the bad ^%%$# Acura) they have given me 100% customer satisfaction. I would really rather write a good review so it gives me pleasure to pass along these good words to you. If you need services that this establishment offers GO THERE!!! you will not be disappointed. Oh and the coffee bar is not bad either!!! LOL!!!

Tires were getting a little near the end of life expectancy. I was just looking around a prices... however, Goodyears prices/deal they have are pretty hard to beat. And to top it all off the customer service was top notch, I had multiple phonecalls that gave me updates along the way asking my preferences and allowing me to give my own input is rare for most companies. Thats is a great customer service value that is rarely utilized still.
