I recently went to purchase my 1st bed, as "Grown Man", and I decided to go to GREAT DEALS to view their inventory. The service was spectacular and knowledgeable and they truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was enjoying my new purchase as soon as possible. The delivery team was prompt and courteous and they install my bed carefully, making sure not to damage any of my bedroom items and cleaned up afterwards. They asked me to inspect the unit, before they left to make sure I was happy. It has been about 3 weeks now, and I sent on vacation, and while there, all I could think about was coming back home to sleep in MY bed lol... I think Great Deals and the entire staff that helped make my first time experience, one to remember.

Great customer service but My wife and I went in and purchased a couch and love seat, not even 30 minutes went by and we changed our mind so we called to cancel everything and the lady that picked told us they couldn’t refund anything and everything is final.

Very low quality sofa set that we bought at retail price. We settled because we were tired post move and didn't slow down to think about a place that doesn't have any returns after leaving the floor. Stop and ask yourself why? The sofa we bought looks beautiful but the frame is detectable and felt through the couch. You don't feel it until you lay down against arms or across couch. Something we didn't do on the floor. We spent nearly $5K on a piece of furniture that made a splitting crack sound when I leaned on it. (I'm not a large frame person fyi) Because of other reviews and their generously posted policy on zero returns, I didn't even bother to call because I already know they won't make this right. Sold the set for 1200 three months later so I can recoup some loss before it goes to trash. It's the epitome of a painted turd. So sad.

They have THE best staff, hands down! I will never shop at another furniture store again because the people were so friendly and not pushy like a lot of salespeople. I took my mom furniture shopping in here and Renee took such great care of us. Jennifer at the front desk made it a smooth & simple process. I loved the experience so much that when the time came to get new furniture myself, I went back. I’ve also had to use their customer service for repairs and they are quick to respond and got the issue resolved.

The July 4th sale was pretty good with lower prices. We ordered 2 extra chairs and were told they would be assembled for pick up, but they were still boxed.

Absolutely deplorable customer service; I wish there was a 0 star option to be frank.It seems like they will say or do anything to make a sale as to “lock” you in and keep your money despite your level of satisfaction (or lack thereof).I couldn’t get a refund on this purchase because it was a “special order” which I would respect … HAD IT BEEN WHAT I ORDERED!They do not care about customers at all and if that isn’t evident in all of their 1 star reviews that talk about customer service *specifically*, then I don’t know what else to tell you that’s reading this. Even their replies to customers reek of smugness, as if they are proud to have gotten over on people who should have known better. I sure wish I did know better.

What I'am reading in The Reviews does not make you eating shop here.If there is a problem after they have gotten your money you are screwed.If you are going to sell a product stand by it,Just as you were as nice on TV asking people to come visit be just as nice when a problem arises..After all it is your merchandise you sold it..I think I will pass I would rather take a trip to NC.

We love our dining room and buffet table. Prices were very affordable. VERY GOOD quality. Returned to look at love seats and recliners. With Deanna's help we found the perfect set. Incredibly comfortable and fits our room perfectly. Excellent sales staff and selection of furniture.

My 87 year old grandmother with back problems purchased a chair from this store. It was delivered defective so she called the store. The store did not follow the proper procedures and sent the sales person to my grandmothers house, who bullied her and told her the chair was fine. A year later she’s sitting the chair pictured. She calls the store again and they wait 3 months to send a tech who determined the frame is bent. The store customer service provides lip service that they want to help while my grandmother with back problems it still sitting in the chair pictured. The warranty for the chair is 3 years. Once the warranty rep contacted my grandmother, they said they will replace the part (not the chair) and there is a $200 fee for the technician. This is not what the warranty states. The store itself is blaming the manufacturer but not accepting accountability for how they handled the sale or the initial complaint of the chair. They are not interested in my grandmother’s comfort or back issues, and willing to protect their sales personnel over an 87 year old consumer sitting in a broken chair. It’s honestly disgusting. If they decide to take accountability, I will update this review.

Not only will you find amazing deals on furniture you will find amazingly helpful customer service. I visited many many furniture stores before finally choosing a zero gravity chair to help relieve all of my body aches and many sales associates were very nice and helpful but the associates at great deals on furniture were unparalleled. Very nice very informative I will be shopping here again.
