Good folks work there. Good prices. Products, you need to look at closely. But there is a good warranty.

Nice store. The workers always ask if you need help. Can get some good discounts sometimes.

I absolutely love shopping at Habor Freight and have many harbor freight tools at home and many more I want to get. I'm a lifetime fan of Harbor Freight.

I purchased a 15 gallon spot sprayer. Tried to use it it but could not get the water to spray out of hose. I know how to use these sprayers because I use them often. Not like I had to put it together it was all assembled. The help desk said it probably had a mineral built up in the hose so I needed to clean it out. What build up it's never been used. In order to fix this problem now I have to go to web site fill out information take this Hugh thing have it shipped. It's only one day old never been used so now I have to wait how long to be able to use my $107.00 purchase. Or try and fix it myself. No more Harbor Fraight for me.

Great selection, and the store is neat and organized well. On my last three trips, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance.

They charge a return fee that is not properly displayed by the product or the check out register. Be sure to ask before you purchase because the same product sold at home depot don’t have a return fee. I think a warning sign at product or at the register would solve this problem. At this point this is trickery

Their products are much less expensive than the big box stores and, unfortunately, most are made by Chinese companies. Still, the quality is good enough for the home do-it-yourself person. If I were a contractor I’d buy higher quality, long lasting tool. Most of what I buy for home is needed now then used rarely. An example was my angle grinder. I needed something to cut the heads of 1000 screws when resurfacing my deck. The grinder at the big box was $79-$200. I bought one here for $20 and it worked fine.

Good place for tools for the weekend warrior. I always see ads for "big clearance" but can't seem to find when you get there.

Handicap friendly. Used my wheelchair; No "handicap" shopping carts available...A lot of items, but not always a broad selection. Shopped for five specific needs, they only had three...

Very new and clean and very well stocked but the cashier on our side was bad attitude. The other was very helpful. A good ten minutes to check out and crowded at checkout area. Bad layout design for sure. Other than that well lit an alot of stock.

Try not to need something I bet you can't. I by so many consumables and even equipment. No problems use them as described and you are good to go. I recommend this place.

Always have the special tools I need in a pinch to finish the job I'm on. They are not the high end tools that most prefer but, they get the job done at a great price.
