“I have had good experiences when shopping here. I favor this store over the other competitor big home improvement store nearby (the one with the orange logo) because of how well organized this is. On more then one occasion, I left the other store frustrated after not having found the products I needed (even after asking for directions) and when I came over to this Lowe's, I found what I needed right away in the well marked, clearly labeled and organized aisles. Employees have been helpful when I asked for assistance and on the few occasions when I needed to make returns, it went smoothly.”

“The Home Depot is amazing employees are really nice and helpful. Was in there the other day and one of the cashiers helped me out a bunch. I asked her for a certain item and she would look it up giving me the location. The said here let me walk you over and help you spot it. She did and it didn't take long at all. Next she asked me was there anything else. I needed garden soil. She walked me outside and helped me pick out the best garden soil. She loaded it onto my cart and into my car without me asking for help. She was such a wonderful help. Sad thing about these wonderful people like this when you offer them a tip they refuse not matter what. I believe the cashier that helped me i believe was named Melissa. I been in there a few other times and she is hardly standing in one spot. They had her going from end to end in that store. She needs to be rewarded on her great customer service.”

“This is a pretty good Ace Hardware - well organized, clean, with a wide range of tools and hardware goods and a very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is pretty easy and I have never had to wait in line. The outside garden center is a little light and they don't stock lumber, but the inside garden section is very well equipped.The tool section is pretty extensive, and they have a wide selection of grills and grilling accessories, including repair parts, plus some lawn mowers and trimming tools.The hardware section is fairly outstanding considering the size of this Ace location. I go here whenever I need one of those hard to find hardware items.Like all the Ace Hardware stores, the prices are a bit to a fair bit higher than you would find at a Walmart, Lowe's, or Home Depot store, though for most of the hardware (e.g. deck screws, nails and hooks) the prices are comparable.I really love their seasonal selections - they always do a good job and have some very beautiful items. “Ive even surprised myself, that doing business with Richmond Supply is well worth taking the time to write a review about it. And it can be put quite simply. It reminds me of when I was a kid, running around with my Grandpa, to the local Hardware store (complete with wooden floor, 10cent coke machine, and an old jail in the back). Now although ive only done business over the net with Richmond Supply, you might wonder how these two scenarios relate. The answer is HOSPITALITY and SIMPLICITY. “I'm an over the road truck driver, who delivered a load to this company and had a very pleasant experience. Driver's complain about delivering loads and having to wait, I arrived and was greeted with courtesy and respect. The place is a little tight backing in but once you get backed in, they unload you in a timely manner. They made waiting bearable. I would deliver to them again. Ace Hadware has always been a favorite bc of memories of going there with my Grandpa many many years ago I had heard through the grapevine that this one in particular did an excellent job of bow restringing. For my husband's birthday I took his cross bow in for new string. They do have a small week and a half wait but all in all great experience!!”
