“The only thing Lowe's needs to do now is have a better stock of Craftsman tools and a better way of trading in broken or damaged tools that have a lifetime warranty on them. Lowe's needs a larger selection of Craftsman tools that you can trade in for their warranty like screwdrivers, and wrenches, sockets And ratchets. Otherwise it's a great place to shop for all of your outdoor and home improvement needs”

“I bought a TOYOTA 4Runner keyless smart key fob online. Ace warehouse at 2803 Wrightsboro Rd Augusta programmed my fob and cut the door key in 15 min. Both works perfectly!
The fob was purchased from eBay with an unbeatable price. It still works perfectly as of today (December 9, 2025)!”

“Ive even surprised myself, that doing business with Richmond Supply is well worth taking the time to write a review about it. And it can be put quite simply. It reminds me of when I was a kid, running around with my Grandpa, to the local Hardware store (complete with wooden floor, 10cent coke machine, and an old jail in the back). Now although ive only done business over the net with Richmond Supply, you might wonder how these two scenarios relate. The answer is HOSPITALITY and SIMPLICITY. No matter where you do business on this big blue marble we call home, its when you are treated right, and straight, that you really feel at home. I wish Richmond Supply lots of success, as I will definitely keep my business there.”
“5-stars ain’t enough for these guys! They helped me solve a problem finding a cap for drain pipe of an unknown size that I had rigged up to carry fishing rods on the top of my car. It didn’t matter to them that they knew they were maybe only getting $12 off the sale, it was more important to them that I was taken care of. They demonstrated that they cared more about customer service than making a big sale. Highly recommend.”

“This is a very old school hardware store and they somehow know exactly where everything is and how much it costs. It reminds me of the small town hardware store of my youth. My mom used to call this a “blivit”; 100 lbs of stuff in a 50lb sack. Hats off to them though, they were very kind and personable and directed me quickly to the isle and section I needed. The old guy knows everything about everything hardware. You’ll never get that brain at a big box store!”

Driver's complain about delivering loads and having to wait, I arrived and was greeted with courtesy and respect. The place is a little tight backing in but once you get backed in, they unload you in a timely manner. They made waiting bearable. I would deliver to them again. “Wayne from piping did a phenomenal job assisting me today. I went to Lowe's this morning and did not get the things that I needed or any help. I decided to come to Home Depot and not only did I find all the supplies that I needed but this incredible gentleman help me from start to finish and completely understood my vision for industrial shelves. He went out of his way to take time, considering my desires, and making them happen from start to finish. He help me find everything I needed, as well as cut my material and re-threaded some pipe to fit. It also doesn't hurt that he was great at making me laugh. In a world where most employees are just skirting by to make hourly, Wayne was a complete breath of fresh air, and a reminder that they are still great men out there that want to help and provide their skills with pride.”
