“I’ve had my ring fixed twice by another jeweler. I just got it back Monday and the stone was already a little loose again, and I was really discouraged. I walked in asking to add prongs, reset it, anything that could fix it. After sinking money into it, I was offering to put more into making sure this wouldn’t happen again. They took it back and fixed it within thirty seconds and refused any payment. Apparently one prong was just loose still. I really appreciate their honesty and the fact that they refused any payment was above and beyond anything I could’ve expected. It really made my day to leave wearing my engagement ring and not having to go without it even longer. Thank you!”

“The staff were very helpful, and got to me within minutes of me getting there. The information was extremely helpful. I was not aware how tight the marketability was for rings. My ring was slightly bigger than the normal (11-1/2) and the design did not allow much sizing margin to get it back in the normal “band” (high end at 10-1/2). Unfortunately we were unable to make a deal, but they were very forthcoming with that information out of the gate and I appreciate the honesty. And I learned something! Would definitely recommend to those looking for information about selling a wedding ring.”

After a brief interaction w/the first rep, which was also very helpful, professional and friendly(I failed to get her name), she had Kyler to take a look at my watch and he knew immediately what the remedy was to fix it. He got the necessary tools and within five minutes, I was out the door. He was very professional and kept us engaged during the entire visit. If you need repair services, I highly recommend this location. I now have a permanent jewelery shop for my future repairs, if needed, plus any future purchases that I may need to make.
