Kroger is a popular grocery store that offers a wide range of food and household products from well-known brands. Customers can find fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, bakery items, and a variety of household goods, making it a convenient one-stop shop for many needs. The store is generally kept clean and well-stocked, with a friendly and helpful staff that enhances the shopping experience. Inside, shoppers can enjoy amenities like a Starbucks, a bakery with cakes and cookies, an olive bar, and a hot food area, along with a seafood section offering fresh and frozen options. The deli counter features Boars Head cold cuts, and the produce section is praised for its high-quality strawberries, blueberries, and other fruits. However, some customers note occasional issues such as out-of-stock items, especially during busy times like Tuesday afternoons, and a slightly foul smell in the meat aisle, though no problems with the quality of meats purchased. Prices tend to be higher than competitors like Walmart and Publix, especially for meats and staples. The store’s mobile app is appreciated for helping build shopping lists and claim coupons, making shopping more convenient. Overall, Kroger is recommended for its cleanliness, product variety, and helpful employees, despite some stock and pricing concerns.
Produce and meat departments are atrocious. Produce is either moldy, half rotten, or latent with flies. Meat cuts are thin, low quality, and overpriced. I will not be back

Every single week when we get groceries, atleast 1 of the meats(with a allegedly good date) is expired. Many times it's more than one package of meat thats expired. It adds up considering the meat department smells horrible and rotten. Fuel points and free items are the only thing saving kroger from a 1 star review.
