I would recommend this Business to everyone looking to have their car painted. The staff there were very professional and informative from drop off to pick up of my vehicle. They kept me inform throughout the whole process. Jordan Duran did an excellent job on painting my 2009 KIA Rio.
His work and skills are above reproach!

My 78 yr old brother needed damage repaired on his vehicle which has his mobility lift on it. They required payment for the fender in advance and said it would be 7-10 days. When we called to verify the status on day 8 he was told they didn't have the part yet and it would be 7-10 days after they had the part. When we tried to pick up the vehicle they refused to release it so my brother called the police. The police were told if my brother came in the shop again they wanted him escorted out. We finally got the vehicle but had to forfeit the 400.00 he paid for the fender
My brother asked me to call and see if when the part arrived I could pick it up since they had been paid for it. I was then advised they cancelled the order and they were keeping the money he paid. Essentially stealing 400.00 from a 78 yr old veteran. Do not recommend them.

I got my truck painted with Maaco about a month ago. I was excited for the paint job and it turned out as amazing as I thought it would. Great prices and excellent communication as the process goes on. They even washed and detailed it at the end to add that extra sparkle! Overall great experience and would absolutely bring another car to them!!

Maaco did a great job on my Tacoma,a few minor things but I got a excellent paint job,fast and friendly service,well worth every penny and then some
Only thing I did not like was the parking area is small and about full due to lack of parking space

Cheap is the only thing to say. Overspray everywhere…on my tires, inside the wheel wells, on my top rack of the car. Communication was poor. Asked them several times to only call and communicate with my husband and they called me every single time. Asked them to leave the key out for us so we could pick up after hours. They forgot to leave it out and we had to wait the whole weekend to get the car. They close at 4pm. Impossible to get there if you work normal hours unless you take off work. I showed up at 3:45 once and they refused to help me because they had already turned their computers off for the day.

They went beyond my expectations. My lights were not only smiling but laughing. They bought out the new in my car and me. Just saying. It has moved others to Jealousy in a good way. When I saw my car after the lights were cleaned, I didn't recognize it. You would have thought I had won the lottery. Great job for the price. If you want your vehicle to look valuable, get your headlights cleaned.

Took my truck back 2 times to get spots fixed that they missed the first time they painted it. First time I took it back they had my truck for 2 weeks and still hadn’t started on it. So I picked it up. Took it back a month later it took 2 weeks to paint it and they still missed the same spots that they originally missed. I would give 0 stars if I could and I DO NOT recommend them!!

Honestly, I’m terribly, sadly, despicably , disappointed in the work and service provided to me. I grew up believing you get what you pay for. I paid for their top of the line paint job with extra clear coating. I asked that EVERY dent be removed. I also purchased additional parts to be installed. I even accepted their proposal to do my bed liner. SMH… NOTHING was done correctly. I was lied to about the simplest things. Such as my tail lights and third brake light would not fit. Also that I purchased the wrong LED bulbs for my headlights, and reverse lights. I personally installed them myself in as little as 25minutes. The wrong binder and clear coating were added which was discovered after me returning it to this location. I also pointed out the bed lining spatters and dirt blotches that were sprayed over, left abrasions imprints that should’ve been smoothed out during the body sanding process before painting, among many other at first glance dents, dings, and scratches that were promised and paid for to be fixed. Then after giving them the second opportunity to correct these “over lapping mistakes” I was lied to and yet to have still been rectified. Bed lining is bubbling up and splitting in spots. I can’t help but look closely at the most minor of details because of the first experience, yet I’m dismissed and undermined by the staff and management of this location. Then they had the audacity to say that I have a warranty. Again the words to express my anger, dissatisfaction, and plain disuse are plentiful and unfathomably profane. They deceived me and took my money. Won’t give me a refund I DO NOT RECOMMEND this locations services to ANYONE.

WARNING
This shop performed POOR workmanship on my vehicle, had the vehicle for 1 week. Managed some poor body work, then needed me to pay in full to take vehicle not completed work. Said would paint the following Monday should take 1-1.5 hours. Haha, paint needs time to dry and a clear coat is needed, time charged was over 4 hours for paint. Body work caused a nic in bumper. Contacted several governmental agencies and review sites- heard back from a Victoria who does not work at the shop or is not the owner of the shop. Yelp ratings 10 at 1 star…. Fraud Scam???? Warning to all. Look at the last ratings… this definitely indicates a dying company who deserves to be shutdown.

The car was supposed to be ready last Friday. My husband called every day checking. Today, we were to pick up and upon inspection. The job wasn't complete. We have to go back tomorrow to get the car.
