I have been dealing with O'Reilly's since they opened on the corner of Washington Road and Bobby Jones I do not know what has happened to this place but it always seems like an attitude over there every time you call to get something or send someone to pick something up I guess my account is not a big enough for them they do not need my money evidently guess I will move on somewhere else that does appreciate my business Mike is definitely being missed

They helped me out immensely when I was traveling alone from Florida and found myself with a dead battery. They quickly found what I needed and installed it in about 15 minutes. Many many thanks!!

The two people at this store that worked with me were super helpful! There was a curly headed lady with nails that had green tips.....lol I can't remember her name. The other person was Derrell. He was beyond helpful! I've never had someone give such great service! He kept telling me we would figure it out because he could see I was upset and stressed about my car. He helped me through everything and went above and beyond!! I would absolutely come back and recommend this particular store. They helped me so much!

The staff at O’Reilly‘s is always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help find the correct parts and order the ones that are not in stock. This company also has a very good discount for military and veterans which is why I will not go anywhere else to purchase my auto parts.

O'reilly has never let me down! I am new to the area and needed a cold air intake filter for my car. I needed some help figuring out which I needed. The associate that greeted me was the manager (Cameron) came out and was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Got the information he needed. It did take a little longer than expected because this man was doing his very best to answer the phone and assist as many people as he could by multitasking. But he never lost his center. I got everything I needed and more than I expected. Thank you for helping me today.

I came into the store and needed help with a fuse. I picked the fuse myself and asked the man if he could help me find where it went. He showed me where it went, I bought the fuse. He didn't offer to help just said good luck to you. I won't be back. I couldn't figure it out so I'm going to see what someone else can do.

I’ve spent a lot of money at O’Reily’s all across from the Southeast to the Southwest of this country. Tonight I experienced what was probably the worst example of customer service in your stores.
I went in asking for some light bulbs. Normally there are several different options for headlights, but the employee helping me told me to wait, did a walk through the whole store, and when I went to follow him, finally made his way into the back and was a bit snippy about me waiting at the front. Brought back the bulbs, which were the lowest quality option, tossed them on the counter, asked if I needed some “bub grease”, and when I acknowledged I needed bulb grease, he flung/tossed that in front of me on the counter.
I don’t know who you are hiring these days, but had I been caught behaving like that 12ish years ago when and where I worked that level of position, I would have most likely been fired. Please work with your employees; I have seen a number of quality venues turning into something I’m not interested in continuing business with because of employees who just don’t seem to care.

Visited the store this evening before close to pick up a jump box to start my sisters car. While one staff manager walked to the back to get the product, another went to the front doors and held it open, as if telling us it’s time to go but without speaking. My sister apologized to him for holding them up and instead of acknowledging, he turned his head away in a very intentional manner. After bringing the jump box out from the back, the first staff member informed us he could not accept cash because he couldn’t make change. The total was $85 so we told him to just keep the $15 change. But what it really came down to is they’d already closed out their cash drawers and weren’t going to take the time to close out the transaction. So they did not sell us the box and sent us away. So unfortunately, Walmart got our business as the only other place open. Rude service and very poor communication.

I came in to get new wipers (no idea what I needed), I was in and out with what I needed in less than 15 minutes. They helped me find what I needed didn't try to upsell me and installed my wipers for me in the rain which i greatly appreciated

I have used this store for year and have spend god knows how many thousands and thousands of dollars for not only me but for my customers as well, I will never use this store again after one of employees named charles proceeded to ask me to take my air filter that the same outside air that he is breathing outside and I did so and then after telling him that was a little childish he told me he wasn't going to help me so I had to stand there and wait for another employee to help me so when the other employee who was great asked me if I was still looking for the air filter I explained what had happened to him not to Charles but Charles couldn't resist his self so he decided to run his mouth to me while I was with another employee threatening to have me removed from the store definitely not what you would expect from a grown man. I would like to add that the name of the employee that helped me and was very respectful and helpful name was storm so if you do decide to use this store I definitely recommend that storm is who you see!!
