But Tom, Matthew and Yerbis at Benjamin Moore were so helpful! They saved the day and this project for my client. They were able to retint the paint to match the correct color. They even introduced me to a new comparable paint line that I could get tinted in person and save me money for my small business. I highly recommend them!”

“I started shopping here at Culpepper's on a regular basis since 2019. The prices are competitive, selection very good and the service is outstanding!! As soon as you walk in the doors someone will speak to you.The employees in every department will try to help you if you have a question. No matter what you need they will happily assist. The big-box stores (Lowe's / Home Depot) don't offer this kind of service. Many times I can't even find an employee to ask for help. Trade local because they want your business. I recommend Culpepper Ace to most of my friends. It's worth the drive.”

A sales person that diddent take advantage of a hier cost sale? Now thats customer service. Great products at great prices.”

“I went into this location in order to have a small project done that ended up being a bigger task then expected. I needed a couple of special items to have drill holes. The associates RJ and Preston went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. They searched the entire store looking for drill bits that were misplaced. Mr. RJ took his time to drill through the two items I brought. Mr. Preston helped by recommending the proper washers and bolts needed to improve the job. All in all, they spent over a hour and a half helping me with what I thought was going to be a small job. I am really grateful and appreciative that they were able to help me out, as I had already gone to other stores and was not able to get the help I required.”
“Ive even surprised myself, that doing business with Richmond Supply is well worth taking the time to write a review about it. And it can be put quite simply. It reminds me of when I was a kid, running around with my Grandpa, to the local Hardware store (complete with wooden floor, 10cent coke machine, and an old jail in the back). “This place almost always has what I want in stock. Things are where they are supposed to be, so you don't waste time hunting through messed up stock drawers. They always have great staff ready to help you if you don't spot what you need right away.
Check out the tool deals bors or your way out. They have some real bargains. Not in this bin, but I found my DeWalt circular saw on sale here. This was a replacement for me. I lent my original to a friend and the price was so right, I bought a new one for me and let my friend keep my old one.
Most times, you can park near the door. Plus, you can easily walk to a nearby deli, pharmacy, or bank. Again, saving you time & gas.
And yes, you can call them and somebody answers the phone right away. Where else does that happen?”

Justin was very knowledgeable of PPG and the agencies who do work with their paint, as well as physical and digital processes.

“Great store. Staff is super friendly and helpful and even told me how to find some coupons online to save some money, and they're consistent in mixing their paint. Some places you can get two gallons of the same exact color and you may notice the shade is slightly different in each one but haven't had that issue here. Definitely spot on. I'll be coming back to this location for any future painting needs.”
