Food was not fresh and service was worse. This place used to be good. Im not sure what went wrong, but I won't go again. It was hotter inside than outside. Some food undercooked some overcooked.

Everyone is friendly, helpful and kind. If it's something that's unavailable on the shelves, they'll go in the back and look for it for you. Never had a problem with this store.

Very disappointed in this Publix location.
We placed an order for a platter to be picked up on Friday, July 5th. We needed to have the platter for when we were leaving at 7a the next morning, (July 6th).
When my husband checked the time to pick our order up, he noticed that they confirmed the order, but changed the time. He called to let them know we were leaving early the next day. The lady on the phone told him they were short staff so they changed the date and time. Without notifying us! She told him that the earliest we could pick up was 8a! This made us late for our event!
I have never dealt with a Publix that just took it upon themselves to make changes to an order. Didn't even think to call to see if this was convenient for us! Our event could have been that night! They didn't even give us a chance to place an order with another store that could have fullfilled it
When we picked up the order, they refused to separate our toppings without charging us extra! It's a platter! We have someone with an alergy to tomatoes and was not able to eat the sandwiches. Also, no one wants their sandwiches soggy.
We do not live in the area, so maybe their regular customers are okay with this. I have never had a problem like this at any other location.

Okay...Public's manager Ricky is AWESOME!! My mom became ill in the store and was too weak to shout. She called me on the phone and in turn we called Public's front desk and Ricky went to the rescue! Thanks everyone for moving over on the expressway to let me through.
BTW, this store is always clean and staff are super nice!

It's Publix, and true to form the excel in customer service. Ask an employee where an item is located and they walk you to the item. Is not point at the aisle only, they make sure you find it. Kudos to the Fury's Ferry store for walking the extra mile in customer service!

Absolute morons working at this location that can’t answer a SIMPLE yes or no question advised us to load all our groceries back into our cart at check out because none of the employees could put our beer back on the shelf as it was 8 minutes too early to purchase alcohol on a Sunday…. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! Morons!!!
