The teller Jennifer Hogan was rude and condescending. Very unprofessional with taking deep breaths and rolling eyes as if I was cashing a check she wrote. I simple went in to cash a money gram not knowing the majority of places don’t cash money grams anymore. Customer service is key.

Imagine opening a account and once u receive your bank card they have ppl on their backend decide to not do business with u…ok that was fine but as if that’s not bad enough they HOLD YOUR FUNDS…possibly for 10 days!!!…like who does that REGIONS DO…I UNDERSTAND WHY THE REPS WAS SO RUDE BC THEY REPRESENT THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT…THIS IS NOT THE BANK THAT U WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH BC AS U CAN SEE ITS BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!!
