“Hands down the absolute best vape shop experience I’ve ever had. Ethan graciously shared with me his wealth of knowledge about the many different products that I’ve been trying so hard to find out about and he did so with professionalism, kindness, and a ton of patience.
I’ve been spinning my wheels for several months now and have become so frustrated with the process that I was actually berating myself on my way to Planet Vapor for wanting to yet again subject myself to more of the same: disappointment, frustration, and regret. Lest we forget the time, effort, and money I’ve wasted thus far which should’ve been enough to deter anyone. But I trekked on, justifying my decision today because I was going right past your location anyway.
In all honesty when I got there I was not thrilled about it and my expectations were so low that I was kinda dreading it. “The only reason im leaving this review is because of an employee that made my experience 100/10, dude was down to earth, fellow smoker so knew the product and just downright held a decent conversation, I honestly forgot what I came in to buy made me feel like a friend instead of employee. I’ve encountered him other times and every single time I left with a smile on my face, The other workers not so much seems like they rush to get me out the door but if you ever open that door and see a black guy expect 10/10 customer service will be returning”

“Update: As of 2 Sept 2022, there is a closed sign on the door that says "will reopen 7-18-2022." So I'm not sure they are still in business...Crazy Vapors has been my favorite local vape shop for years. Their Alpine Fresh was an amazing flavor, though they had to stop making it after the federal law changed. Their juice selection is slightly limited now but they still have a variety of juice and a big selection of ecigs for whatever your vape needs are.”
