“My right front tire was destroyed when I ran over some debris in the roadway. When I arrived at the store, the service rep quickly let me know my tire was covered and would be replaced free of charge. In slightly more than an hour, Charles, the service tech, had my new tired balanced and mounted. I was impressed with Charles and his superb customer service skills.”
“They did a rear strut replacement for me had called earlier in the week and was given a quote that was way better than 8 other places. was told when dropped off late that it may not be done by that same day. but had gotten a call within 4 hours saying that it was ready and to be picked up and they did a phenomenal job. highly recommend”

“I have followed John Beasley everywhere he worked for 27 years. He is the Guru when it comes to any tire repair or balancing problem. When front wheel drive cars became so popular in America he is the only man I could find who could balance front tires and wheels to my satisfaction. If they weren’t square John could balance them. I’ve had friends who had tires balanced at 3 different places. They were still unsatisfactory on front wheel drive cars. I told them if John can’t balance them I’ll pay for it. This location has kept him happy as they grew their services. They now do more and more of my service needs as I know it will be done right. Thank you, Richard Hibbs”
“Great company . I had a great experience from Mr. John and Ashley in customer service.
The minor issues of adjusting sensors we are still working on but they are always willing to help out .”
“Very thorough in both repair and explaining what he was doing. Although my actual tire was punctured, Scott was able to repair my wheel and point out the tire damage. If needed, I would certainly do business again.”
“I loved going there first time today, got to sit in front of a warm fire in the office and watched TV they will make you feel comfortable and his dad is so nice everyone please go there and get your tire very courteous and the best tire place ever been there I will use Everytime I need a tire”
“I had some curb marks and abrasions on my wheels that needed repair, and I have to say, Details Wheel Repair did an outstanding job. He’s a true one-man shop who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfectly done. The quality of work is exceptional, a solid 10 out of 10, and the turnaround was fast and efficient.
What really stood out to me was his professionalism and his “make it happen” attitude. It’s rare these days to find someone so dedicated, skilled, and committed to taking care of customers the right way. If you need wheel repair done right, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommended!”
“Josh did a wonderful job taking care of me. I was on the fence about my first final decision, he gave me a minute then provided me with additional options and recommendations. I just want to say that's what customer service is all about. It's not about making a sale, it's making sure your customer is satisfied with their purchase. I can't thank Josh enough!”

“Hanley did an awesome job from the time I dropped off my car filling an accident to the day I picked it up this week. He communicated with me every step of the way from my car being take apart to the car being put back together. The car upon pickup looked like it had never been in an accident.”
“I had my cracked window replaced windshield replaced here recently and have been very pleased with the results. Mr. Jeremiah and the team were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional, and he even went out of his way to fix a hanging component in my vehicle that the dealership failed to properly fix twice since the years I purchased it. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!”
“20 February 2026
I brought my other vehicle in today for the tire rotation and balance service Discount Tires gives customers when all four tires are purchased with them.
Zach took care of me again, I really appreciate his professionalism and his customer service that led to replacing/ purchasing a whole new set that was needed.
Thanks you to Zach and his team for taking care of my vehicle today?
Previous Visit 2025
Thanks to Zach and his team! They took care of replacing four tires on one vehicle earlier this week, and credited me for life that was still left on the old ones.
I brought in another vehicle today thinking I needed new tires and Zach measured them and assured they were still good.
Thank you again for the help this week and your honesty!”

“I had my intake manifold, and crankshaft rotational sensor replaced. My car runs better now than it has in years. They had the repair completed when they promised, unlike a previous shop I used. I will definitely use Butler again!”
