“If they don't have what I need, they find it and order it.
Just called this morning for a set of Marine spark plugs. They didn't have them in stock, but ordered a set and will be here this afternoon. Amazon wanted twice the price and wouldn't be here till February. They also honor military discounts too which is nice. And, they are next door to Tractor Supply where I'm also a regular customer, so it's convenient. The counter guy who helped me over the phone was very helpful and polite.”

The guy today was RESPECTFUL, intelligent spot on with knowledge, and has a wonderful way with people, he literally saved me from not having a mechanic and recommended a great guy for me (bc starter needed replacing and of course I bought part @ Advanced:)?), he also tried helping me save 20% on the online order deal which showed his dedication, but we couldn't figure our code, so no worries ill pay whatever for his customer service, I'll buy my parts from here from now on if this gentleman is working! “Ordered several good quality things from here no issues. Last shipment had 5" 11g aluminum tubing show up pretty deformed and dented up and the customer service i got was excellent. Got in contact, sent in pictures of damage and they shipped me a new peice and had a tracking number within an hour.”
