Tower had hard crash and was unable. They were able to extract the information on it and back it up. Also made repairs so tower could be used again.

Normally I don’t write bad reviews but you guys definitely deserve it. I went there to get my all in one computer fixed, waited about a week to get a “diagnosis” for my computer that could not turn on AT ALL. Then I get an email saying it’s the motherboard for the computer and how it is “not working”. The quote expanses were about over $500 including the parts. And if wanted the get my data saved, it would be more money. Unfortunately I could not pay so I had to decline. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem and would brush it off. The ISSUE I HAVE NOW, is that I took it to another technician ONLY TO FIND OUT, there’s nothing wrong with motherboard and in fact I SAW THE TECHNICIAN TURN ON THE COMPUTER and save my data saying I just had low voltage power cord. And it was cheaper! The fact that the “diagnosis” and it wasn’t even a full one, didn’t account for that and if I went to you guys I would be charged SO MUCH FOR NOTHING. I’m including the photo that the computer turned on to show I’m not lying. Truly I’m disappointed, would not recommend people to you guys for your policies and prices, and I hope you have a good one.

I asked questions to gain a basic understanding of the problems with my device, and the representative responded in a manner that I couldn't understand. It was like push and pull the entire conversation. Customer Service was horrible!
