Worst place ever. Not only am I paying way to much for items. The store can't seem to do their jobs and get what I asked for. Even though for 4 days now I've been told it's here it's on its way we ordered it and it's still not here. Do your damn job

By far one of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Every situation I had, the person speaking to me was coming up with an excuse. Was told I needed to cancel an entire order, and replace it with another store.
Just cancelled the entire order, and will never use Aaron’s again.

Worst experience ever ordered a washer they never called to confirm delivery after 5 days . Couldn’t find my washer it was in the store the whole time my home flooded and clothes mildew waiting on washer and got the run around by this company rude customer service I will be reporting them to BBB and alerting local news and if anyone has had issues please let me know my lawyer is ready

I rarely leave reviews but after certain experiences you have to. Moving to Georgia I initially wanted to rent a bedroom set from Aaron’s because of previous doing so. Even with the mattress I was not always on time and they never harassed me like you all did. I paid off a mattress set with them before so I already had that experience. I originally got the furniture from the Stone Mountain store and I was late one time with them but they did not harass me for any money or show up constantly to my door like this location did. They called my phone constantly and continued to show up at my door WITHOUT calling on the gate for me to let them in so already invasion and safely issue. The manager Q had the nerve to ask me for the gate and picking up UHG furniture they still didn’t use it. They decided to file a claim on me and after that I had it. They have their furniture and no balance on the account so I do not want them on my property again or I will be calling the police for harassment.

The employees at this store are very very unprofessional they talk to you any kind of way they make threats they hang up in your face the female manager at this location talk to me like I was a dog like I was nothing she was just very rude like she was taking her frustrations out on me I will not be coming back to this store I purchased a 360 from the store

I had a urgent need for a freezer. Ms Iris and Mr Ken took care of me. Both were kind, patience and understanding. They even squeezed in an evening delivery for me. My experience from online to store was great

This company new policy must be to harass there customers even as soon as the date is past due. They even came to my home 5 days before the due date once. That why i switched to this location from stockbridge & i do communicate with them when im going to be late on payment and they still call 4 times a day and come out to my home saying they just have to.
