OMGEE... where do I start? First let me say that I don't ever remember a good experience in this store.
Today wasn't any different. It wasn't crowded. We were greeted and then ignored.
The newest employee was loud... wait, did I say she was LOUD!?!? sigh, she was speaking about a basketball game and telling the customer about what she deal she could get him. Then she said that she was new blah blah blah. Again, sigh. We left after calling the affiliate store on Jonesboro Rd.
We went there, and it was truly a far better place to be in. There was music. We were greeted and given information about who was ahead of us and the approximate wait.
I can't think of any reason I'd return to the AT&T store on HWY 20.
I gave two stars because he at least said, "Be right with you when we walked in."
