This should be a 5 but the manager Jaylen dropped these stars. I purchased an iPhone 14 (phone, case, and screen protector which was installed by an employee) and exchanged it for a iPhone 15 within the 14 day grace time period. Unfortunately the 15 iphone was not in stock so ATT had to ship it to me and my service person (Brandon… great service btw) told me to just bring it back and he will set me up.Upon my return Brandon was able to setup the phone, now I just needed the screen protector. Jaylen the manager states that I am not within the 14 day grace period of the $40 screen protector. But they don’t have the product that it fits so how could I exchange it???? As a manager myself not everyone s qualified for the position. I will be contacting corporate.
