I had an older S10 phone that crapped out. I have insurance which would cost $50. Local store could not repair, probably because of its age. Company offered a refurbished S22 for $75 and I retained insurance. Dealt with SUPER employee Tyler Pagget.
Phone arrived next day as promised and Tyler helped set it up. Really, he did all the work.
Had a few bugs and took phone back. Tyler not there but Shai worked at it. Finally suggested I try CPR store. No criticism of Shai, she was also SUPER.
In about ten minutes, guy at CPR had it totally functional. Hats off to great service at this AT&T store.

Everything was great at this location! We received help in a timely manner and the nice young man who helped us even went above and beyond to help resolve our phone issues. We purchased two new phones and are very happy with them!

I had a very bad experience at my carrier I was with for 10 yrs. PLUS. And had to which and get a new phone but i did not need to spend a THOUSAND on a phone.... He took his time put right where I needed.... Good guy and he knows his way around some tuff questions.....

TERRIBLE ! My wait here was over an hr long . I don’t know if the staff was simply just incapable or chose not to but when you have people waiting for this long you need to be able to help multiple people at once . While I’m waiting for over an hr all I hear is one of the employees laughing and LOUD . You should be trying to work as hard as possible to get people in and not taking your sweet time laughing and carrying on . I could not make believe my wait was pushing the 2 hr mark .

I walked into a clean, smelling store, very inviting and chipper staff. My representative that helped me along with the manager was very knowledgeable. Help me save money, and manage the account where I can get discounts that I was missing out on all around. The store was very nice attentive. All staff members were very knowledgeable and once again, the store is very very clean and smelled very fresh.

Went into this store because my phone screen stop responding after I updated to IOS 17. I use my phone for my business and everything was inaccessible. Walked into this location and was helped by Nyasia and Karissa. Nyasia greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and tried to get it fixed and then Karissa came and fixed it right away. What a relief!!!!! Stayed in the store and Nyasia walked me over to Samson area to look at new phones and was very helpful. I currently have and IPhone (which Nyasia loves her iPhone) but was looking into switching back to Samsung (who is Karissa’s brand of choice). Either way they both were super helpful!

I visited the AT&T store in McDonough Ga @ 1912 Jonesboro Rd. I had an outstanding experience with AT&T's customer service representative, Karissa Cruz. From the moment I reached out for help with my phone issue, she provided Exceptional assistance that lasted from start to finish. Her Dedication and Knowledge truly stood out, and she ensured that my phone issues was sorted out effectively. I am highly impressed with her Excellent service and would wholeheartedly recommend this AT&T branch to others based on this fantastic encounter!! The entire staff was so pleasant... Keep up the outstanding customer services!!
