I love that you offer the battery replacement service! Also, the young lady at the counter was nice and helpful. However, the young man who came to help us replace the battery moved at a snail's pace. He had a sour look on his face, so you could tell that he either didn't want to be there or didn't want to change the battery. When he first came out, he had the battery and tools, he then had to go back in because he didn't have the right tools. He came back and then he installed the new battery on top of the black leads, I asked him "Shouldn't that be on top?" so he had to take it back out to redo it. When he was finished, I said, "Thank you" and he said "mmhmm". Very unprofessional.

Brandon and Jimmy on the commercial side was the best thing to happen to this store. Between them both the knowledge of parts is second to none. I've been in the industry for over 30 yrs and I can only count on one hand how many top notch experienced guys in parts there are. These two are on that hand. Always above and beyond. They both need a hellacious raise.

I am a female so I guess she felt I didn't know what the difference in high cost and good price on products I ask for a headlight for my Hyundai Santa Fe 2019 when she go back there and get the most expensive one my bill was like $52 because she said if one headlight went out the other one going to go out so just get the two pack then she tried to give me some kind of cream or something to go on the headlight and I hurt my husband say that cream if you wipe it sometimes it blow the light again so guess what I'm going to have to come right back anyway they didn't work out she could have explained it more about the prices she just got the first one she saw cuz a little female and by myself gets to hurry up and get me out of the store but it's okay I went to the AutoZone on Jonesboro Road said the same thing and I only paid $17 for the basic headlights double pack

When I arrived I explained that I was there for a battery swap and they stated ok sure be right with you. I said no rush take your time. That they did! There were originally 2 young employees and 1 older guy that I am guessing was the store manager in the store I’m now guess the manager left. I waited inside waking around watching as they took customer after customer. There was 1 customer left in the store when I finally asked them approximately how much longer, they shrugged their shoulders looking at one another. One finally said you’re next after I make a call. (I had to be I was all that was in the store). I was extremely nice from the moment I arrived but an hour and a half was a bit much.

HORRIBLE SERVICE black young guy with dreds mumble talking looking for a bulb. Didn't greet me as a customer nor did he engage with me. Looking up the bulb he sounded confused. He finally went to get the bulb. He placed it on the counter. 1 min later he mumbles cash or card and that's it. I seen a screen that looked like it could be self check out. Hell I haven't been to this location before I thought he or someone else would check me out. Or at least say you can check yourself out here.... NAHHHHH HE DIDN'T COMMUNICATE NONE OF THAT!!! I left out!! That is not how you treat a paying customer ?! I will pay more and go elsewhere because I refuse ? to have this kind of customer service. Hell I can't even call that customer service then he mumbles everything man can't no one understand you or hear you!! Wish I could give negative stars..
