It's an AutoZone. If you don't know then I can't help you...

I went for a emissions test and failed. I needed a new gas cap. I saw a O'Reilly Auto Parts not even a block away. I went in and said good morning, the woman behind the counter sighed, then reluctantly asked can she help me. I stopped in my tracks, turned around and left. The negative attitude was too much. Not far from there, I spotted AutoZone. I walked in and two young men, Javion and Demico, both greeted me kindly and ask what can they help me with. I gave them my info and what I didn't know, Javion went to my van to show me where to find the information. Eventhough the computer said they were out, he went back to double check and found the last one. They went beyond. I so appreciate them. They made my day. Thank you!

Terrible customer service experience at this location. Needed a price adjustment because I exchanged parts from a bundle and was charged full price at repurchase. Originally sent my brother to get it fixed but they didn’t understand the issue and said they couldn’t fix it. So, I go right back there myself and immediately ask for a manager because the situation is indeed a little sticky and needs to be explained well. “Manager” proceeds to suggest to me, several times, to go to Lake City (where parts were exchanged because this location did not have in stock at time). Called lake city in front of manager and was told I needed to bring in the physical boxes with barcodes- cool. Had someone bring everything needed and re-explain to manager (who was clearly not keeping up?)?that it will be two returns and a repurchase to correct bundle deal/discount. “Manager” looks at clock (12:51) and asks if I can wait 9 minutes for the “main manager”. *internal eye roll* but ok, sure, cause I’m getting my money back. She then disappears in the back. 12:59 Ms. “Manager” comes out to tell an associate she’s taking a break, no relief or main manager in sight. 1:02, young man enters, clocks in and goes to back, etc. I’ve now been here for at least a half hour for two returns and a purchase. Young man makes his way back up front about 1:07 and asks me if I need help. Me: are you the “main manager”? Boy: *looks around completely confused* I guess I am today. Me: …ok, whatever, do you know what’s going on or do I need to get you up to speed? (I proceed to explain the situation for the FIFTH time) BY THE GRACE OF GOD Mr. Logan understood the assignment immediately got the process going and shortly had me on my way. But as for the original manager on duty, Ms. Chi? Oh I am escalating this situation all the way because her behavior and lack of competence was aggravating and borderline offensive. YTF WOULD YOU EVERRRR SUGGEST A CUSTOMER GO TO A WHOLE NEW LOCATION TO RESOLVE A PAYMENT/COMPUTER ISSUE?! And she did not suggest this to me once or twice. By the time I got on the phone with lake city I had to directly tell her I am NOT driving to lake city so let’s take that off the table. And once I explain her job to her had the nerve to still make me wait simply because she did not want to do it and then takes a break in the middle of resolving an issue with no handoff nothing. Just completely unacceptable:

I was traveling and I noticed my car was not starting up completely and needed to be jumped, so I figured I needed a new battery. When I arrived at this particular autozone (it was the closest to me) Dylan greeted me all smiles and made me feel really welcomed and comfortable asking questions. I know a little but not a lot about them. We got a new battery, he installed it and he even caught that my headlight was out (oops lol). The customer service overall was absolutely outstanding! Definitely a great impression and I travel a lot.

Dylan was so friendly and helpful. I know absolutely nothing about cars but knew something was wrong with it. Not only did he help me order a new battery but he installed it for me too. I will never go to another auto shop as long as this one is in business.

I just want to say that the manager (can't remember her name) was so customer oriented and knew what she was doing. She has a future like no other. I will definitely go back there.

Yesterday Jan. 4, 2023 I received assistance from Kourtney which was amazing, best attitude on top of knowing her job, without a doubt.. thanks Kourtney!! I highly recommend that she gets a recognition of some kind from higher management would be great. I had been giving the run around for 3 weeks about my purchase and inability to trade in. The young lady knows her stuff.

My engine light was on. I was told that I'd have to perform the diagnostic myself; because, it's selfservice. He was helpful and nice.

Went there just to get more deals from their sale as the other store has ran out so I went and saved here also. Manager was great employee was beautiful and nice. But they too were about out of the sale items. I got what they had. Great deals and I'd love to know when are the sales days so I can get there earlier. Spent 500 with them today at 2 stores. Would have spent another 500 if they had more of the items on the sale.

So basically, today i went to this autozone for a simple battery change. So i buy the battery and ask the guy if he can install the battery for me. He tells me to wait and i end up waiting 40 minutes until he’s finally available since he’s unable to leave the store unattended because his coworker wasn’t around at the moment. So after all that time, he finally prepares to install the battery but seems to be struggling and i notice he’s shoving the battery inside very aggressively. Which i later find out he damaged one my fuzes but i will get to that later. Anyways, after 10 minutes of unsuccessfully installing the battery, he then finds out it was the wrong battery and had got the wrong model for my car. So i have to pay AGAIN for a different battery, but wait it gets worse. Once he did install and place the battery inside after nearly over an hour, my car doesn't start. Not only that, but after he later gives up and doesn’t know what to do, he tells me to just call someone to help me instead since he clearly did not know what he was doing. This guy really messed up my car and left me stranded and basically tells me to figure it out on my own after he did a terrible job. I came here at 7pm and finally left at 11pm after figuring out that he was the one that messed up one of my fuzes while he was installing the battery. I would’ve been stranded if it wasnt for some other people who truly know about cars. I didn’t get his name, but i hope the guy gets fired for being highly unprofessional. He looks like an old overweight man wearing glasses with white hair. If youre thinking of going here, do not.

Manager on duty (I believe her name was Brenda) was so rude. She refused to help my boyfriend and I with a replacement that was under warranty that he had just bought this morning. Just because it had numbers on the part that she wasn’t familiar with (GM number). She kept saying “can’t help you, can’t do that for you, that’s not my problem” kept dismissing like we were trying to pull one over on her. Decided to leave and go to the other location in locust grove and they actually knew exactly what the numbers were and were able to go above and beyond to tell me exactly what other location had the part we needed.
