On Saturday I arrived at the dealer Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet Buick GMC to see a road to buy. I already had my approval letter but when I already had the car he wanted to ask me if I would deliver my car and I told him that yes they valued it very low and another They came out with Market Adjustment $3k, I asked them why and they came out with an excuse because I was delivering the car, then they lowered Market Adjustment $2k and I told them that that was not correct and they only told me that they cannot help you with the price to buy a car. He wanted to buy the car that would go with his bank by force.i don't think they like to sell carsFeedback I do

I have multiple vehicles serviced at this dealership since 2016, but today was the worst experience I have ever had!The oil change side is wonderful in every way.The service department across the street is disgusting!I came after speaking to my agent Justin, the day before about my vehicle!I advised him that I would be in the next morning when the dealership opened. We agreed!I came in and noticed a tall gentleman walking in the service area to the door and I acknowledged and stated good morning and entered after him not knowing that he was the manager. He never responded and I stopped in front of the service desk to see if an agent would assist me!I stood in front of the desk for fifteen minutes and still no one acknowledged me, although one was on a call and the other was doing nothing. I stood, still waiting for someone to assist me. The phone rang and the available agent answered the call. Another agent walked in a female and started signing in but still no one acknowledged me.Then a vehicle pulled into service,, an agent jumped from behind his desk and I had to physically ask for my agent Justin who was the one sitting idol the whole time!I am a customer like anyone else and deserve the same courtesy and respect as everyone else!Courtesy would be to simply ask if I needed help or assistance.It’s amazing how racism still exists today in society, when a Caucasian pulls up how assistance is warranted immediately!As an African American, we still have to get in line or be overlooked by some.My money spends the same as others!It’s a shame I can’t service my vehicles here anymore!It’s so sad because I had to listen to another customer complain about the quality of service before picking up my vehicle!The service on the oil change side is awesome, but the service department across the street is the worst of the worst! If I could give zero stars, I would.

The service department did a great job replacing my daughter's tire after she had a flat. Ray even went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of quickly.

Rodney with the sales team went above and beyond for us to have another great experience with Bellamy Strickland. While our car was being repaired at the body shop he arranged for the service dept to complete our regular maintenance. This saved us both time and money. Robert took care of the body damage from our accident. He went beyond the initial problem. He and all of the staff were both friendly and courteous. This is why we continue to do business with Jimmy Worth at Bellamy. Our relationship goes beyond the price of the automobile.

Tony is amazing! He's helped us purchase several vehicles over the past few years, with zero pressure. He went above and beyond to help us surprise our daughter with her first vehicle. We will even pass on shopping for other brands because he makes the process simple and painless.

When entering the gentleman was Warm. When I asked a question he gave me the information that I needed. Thank you for that.The ladies behind him, some spoke , some didn’t. But they had smiles on their faces.However when entering the waiting room neither receptionist spoke, when I said“ Good Morning but when checking out the older women seemed hospitable. Was it because she had to?Manners should never be compromised in a working environment, as concern customers.The way we start off, we should end But I would recommend Bellamy Strickland, and I have.I’ll be back

The experience was smooth. I was greeted in the parking lot. I didn't feel rushed or forced to make a purchase. Elvia took her time with me. The purchase process was easy and it didn't take all day.

I will never shop at Bellamy. I have been a loyal customer for a couple years now. Unfortunately this time I purchased a 2022 Yukon XL ( a $75,000+ truck) which has the potential to not start at times randomly. I’ve taken the truck to them twice being that I still have a warranty. One time they told me that I would not have a loner car because they were all lined out, leaving me with no vehicle. They kept my truck for a week and asked me to come get it because there was nothing wrong with my truck. After my husband expressed concern, they kept it for another week just to say come get the vehicle there is nothing wrong with it. I got my vehicle back to find I now have ants which are so hard to get out of the vehicle. My husband called and they stated that they hadn’t parked by any trees. Not only that but I then go to put groceries in my trunk to find that one of their drivers has ran into something with the back end of my truck. I was just about to trade again because of the GMC issue and but my daughter a car. I can take my money elsewhere.

Hector & your financial manager in the McDonough location were amazing!! They were very professional and made me comfortable buying my new car. I have not had a new vehicle in sixteen years and they made my nervousness effortless! The entire process was done in a good fashion. I was in and out for a considerable time and enjoyed riding home in style and showing off my new whip!!Thank you Bellamy Strickland for the training given to your staff to cater to your customers!! Me and my husband purchased our truck 3 years ago from Bellamy Strictland. We have had to deal with electrical issues. Stolen wheels and by far the worst customer service. Especially Milissa and the general manager. I called and spoke to Brandon the sales manager and explained what a money pit they sold us. How we have had on going issues. He agreed to performing a diagnosis for free.We got a call this morning of them wanting $600 to fix it. We declined and said we would come get our truck. Then we were told we had to pay the diagnosis fee that was promised free.I wish I could leave no stars. This place is very unprofessional and will get over on you and flat out liars.

My husband and I have bought four vehicles from Belamy Strickland and we absolutely think the world of Scott Jennings. You have a wonderful salesman on your team and he is very loyal to his customers. We couldn't ask for a better man than him to help us when we just show up and keep him after closing hours and he not once complained. We've used Scott each time we purchased a vehicle and we will continue as long as he is there. Thank you Scott for being the wonderful and nice person you are. Please share this with Scott and again I would recommend Belamy Strickland and Scott Jennings to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

Everyone at Bellamy was courteous and helpful. My salesman, OK Achigbu, listened to my every need and went the extra mile to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. He even called to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new Terrain. Bellamy Strickland is always my first choice for my vehicles and working with OK was the easiest and best buying experience of a vehicle I've ever had. The process was fast especially with finance. We was looking to trade in our Chevy Malibu for a used vehicle. They had such great deals that we ended up leaving with a brand new Buick. We were satisfied with our buy and would recommend this dealership.

For starters my purchase documents had to be redone. I was sold a truck with sports package and illegal tint on front windows and windshield; Found out by getting a ticket in their county. My warranties paid for we’re not updated to my new set of documents; due to error/oversight of some sort on the back end. The Service department and financial departments don’t share all details to know covered warranty items across my account. It’s a hassle to utilize paid for warranties due to vendor/vendors used. The service area techs across the street lack customer skills. There was no communication of service delays across my account. No apologies no concern for the major inconvenience complementary detail or other incentives offered for my troubles. Etc …
