Zero customer service. We came to buy a laptop, but after waiting, walking to the front to request help, waiting and walking back to ask again and was answered rudely, waiting again, no one came to help us. We were the 2nd customers to walk out.

The reason for the 3 stars is that if you get there at the wrong time, you probably won't have someone to assist you, and when you get someone, everything goes pretty well. I had a powered subwoofer installed, and the person who installed it didn't do it right because when I turn on my headlights, my subwoofer comes on, and the key isn't in the ignition. It should've been connected to the radio, so when I turn on the radio, the subwoofer will turn on.

Beware if you buy a product that comes with lifetime warranty/replacement this store will not honor the purchase/replacement promise if the manufacturer discontinues the item. The manager just defaulted to place blame on the manufacturer instead of addressing the fact that I bought the product from their store not the manufacturer.

Tried to exchange item that I bought open box that ended up being defective. Would not exchange it for like item straight up as the sale was over. Stated i could pay the difference which was $140. I was told if I bought the item new I would have been able to exchange it, no problem. Said it will ship from new york and I don't know whether they did quality control there. Is a corporation you're supposed to have a uniform policy on how to deal with things. How can a company convince people to buy open box then don't stand behind their product? Terrible corporation.

Ordered TV for home delivery. Received text from carrier that it would delivered later in the day. Stayed home all afternoon. 6 hours later received text from Best Buy that delivery could not be completed and item had been returned to store. Best Buy customer service was no help whatsoever. Ended up ordering same item from Walmart, free delivery, for $24 less.

Had to get a USB C super fast charger.Wasn't sure if I had the correct one and sought assistance.The associate helped me with my questions, and I was able to buy a cable that met my needs.

No staff on floor to assist you. You have to go to checkout with right or wrong item to get assistance then cashier leaves checkout line to assist you. What sense does that make to leave other customers waiting in line. Poor customer service
