I recently purchased a new equipment trailer from Big Tex in McDonough Georgia. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I told them what I was looking for and Joel knew exactly what trailer I needed and gave me a GREAT deal on it. I wont go anywhere else for my trailer needs again!

We could not have had a better experience with big tex trailer world. My boyfriend and I were on a road trip with our travel trailer when our studs broke off and our tire and wheel rolled away on the highway and we nearly lost a second. After jumping through endless hoops we were referred to this company and Joel was immediately sympathetic towards our situation and helped us in every way we needed. He hooked us up with new tires and hub/drum kits so that we could get our situation fixed. If it wasn’t for the fact that our camper couldn’t be towed from where we pulled off the highway due to the extent of damage and size of our trailer, we would’ve gladly trusted them with handling our repairs. I can’t thank Joel and the rest of the team enough for taking a huge weight off of our shoulders and bringing us a smile during what was an incredibly stressful situation.

The salesperson Clarence Malone was amazing. I came last week to check upon a trailer's price. He guided me through and was patient enough to answer all my questions. A big Thumb up for Mr. Malone. I will definitely refer friends and family to the McDonough, GA office.

I was able to locate a trailer I wanted at this location. I had called twice, and there was no answer. I did an online availability that has name, email, and telephone number. I never heard back. I drove down the next day and spoke to a person about the trailer. I came back to purchase the trailer, and the service technician was at lunch, so the trailer had not been fully prepared for delivery. I assisted a salesman with what needed to be done to complete the installation. This person had no idea what actions needed to be done, but I did as I have owned the same model previously. The installation was completed, as did the transaction.

Great customer service. Had me in and out for a 6x10 enclosed trailer. They even waited 15 minutes till after closing for me to pick it up. Would recommend, good price.

Had a very awesome experience with Clarence, he was helpful and very pleasant. He helped us move thru the process of purchasing our trailer very easily. Answered all the questions that we had. This is the 2nd trailer we've purchased from Big Tex and we'll use them again.

Decided to go to McDonough Saturday right before closing to see the 2023 (140A-20) trailer and met James Toney. He decided to work with me even though it was closing time---before I knew it, he had me with a new 2023 140A 20ft trailer. I came back Monday and picked it up. James is a good guy and if you are looking for a new trailer go see him to get a great deal!
