First, the young Lady who was behind the register did her thing ! The line was so dang long, and she was the only one checking people out. It seemed as if other works were just standing around. No came to give her any backup. I think as a company, it is just wrong to have more than 10 people in line and only have one register open.

Was disappointed by the emptiness of the store shelves. Most the shelves and display racks were in disarray. Products out of place on every shelf. Numerous empty spaces on both shelves and racks. Went for men's hiking boots knowing they wouldn't have much of a selection. They literally had one pair in my size. Most every pair of men's shoes had the same price? The style of shoes made no difference to be.priced the same?

Not a great selection and many of the coats have strings coming loose on them. The quality has changed but they still have affordable pricing.

You guys need to really check your managers before it goes down hill, they are so so so rude, first of all the manager I think his name was Charles he always seem to have an attitude for whatever reason, if he didn't want to work there he should just quit, instead of being rude to people in general and I know
My review isn't the only complaint about him and yet its still an issue , and this place overall is so unhelpful, some person was having trouble with the register and they didn't even help her, apparently they don't train well either, I feel like the issue is definitely the managers I have no idea why they are the manager in the first place

Store is significantly smaller than the one in morrow with a smaller selection.They do not sell coats for kids that are much smaller. They barely have coats for adults only jackets. The store is rather junky as well.

Went to one of my favorite stores today, and when I went to check out, the manager was seen leaving as more customers came to check out. Leaving The one cashier by herself when she was having technical problems and she called for help within the 30 minutes of us standing in line. The manager was heard being ugly and snippy towards the one cashier that she left at the front. She called for help about 4 times within 30 mins. The manager is Val Stevens and didn’t care to come help her after the line got even longer. The manager then kept telling her what to do over the walkie instead of doing it herself or getting another associate to help out. As a manager myself, customer service is top priority and in this case, Val left this one cashier to deal with it all herself and she was beyond amazing, even while experiencing no help and overload of work. She said it was her second job and even after working both jobs today she still have the patience that I myself wouldn’t. As a manager, you need to be checking in on your employees and making sure if they need help or assistance that you were there to do so. You’re there to support them and Val you did not.
I only gave an extra star for the cashier because she went above and beyond.

First time going and there was a lot to look at It was very crowded and stuff thrown everywhere saw some things I liked but not in my size, bought a coat was to small when I got home but that was my fault I didn't try it on just looked at the size it was my usual so I bought it but did get Grinch house shoes got them in the jewelry section but was excited to get them in my size.

Twice that I have been in there has been awful. The first time the manager on duty was very rude and not helpful at all. The next time I was in there I had to wait in a very long line, with only two cashiers. The one cashier had to call the manager up for price or return, and when he was done he left. Still a long one. Very poor management. Cashier was nice.

They have so much stuff in there seeing out of Hello Kitty stuff there was so many items like I guess they had an overstock or they was putting out stock kind of hard to walk through the aisles
