It's fine for what it is, that late fee is no joke $210.
You can arrive early however you cannot overnight park, they were very clear about when i asked so plan accordingly so you can be in and out.

If you're coming here to get loaded, come prepared with the reefer at list 12f precooled otherwise you'll have a bad day, ending in paying $210 or more for late fee. The check in takes in consideration not at security guard, but at the shipping office

I think i was lucky because my appointment was at 9 am, check in at 7 am and got the door right away. They finished loading for me fast, the security guards are nice and helpful. It’s about 3 hrs waiting
