I will not recommend anyone to go to this salon. First, my appointment was for 12:45pm, and she did not start my hair until 1:30pm or so, because it appeared that one of her friends made a last minute appointment to get her extensions flat ironed, so she handled that person before me. Second, the entire salon was HOT. There was no air conditioner running, and the only thing she used for ventilation, is a small fan, which was only blowing in her direction. So if you’re in the wash/dry area, you will definitely be sweating!!! Third, she did not properly condition my hair. She put it in for like 2 mins and washed it out, stating “Oh, I don’t want to waste your time. I have other customers coming soon and I don’t want a backlog of customers.” I told her that she was not wasting my time, and I didn’t have anything planned for the rest of the day, but that did not matter to her. Fourth, her styling equipment, specifically the flat iron, smelled like it needed to clean. Fifth, she was on the phone THE ENTIRE TIME SHE WAS STYLING MY HAIR!!! Including, when she was trimming my ends- which resulted in her cutting my hair long and short!!! This lady is veryyyy unprofessional and truly lack proper customer service skills!!! I will NOT be returning. The only reason I did not give her 1 star, is because the final product looked good. THAT’S IT!!!Services: Hairstyling

Susan is very unprofessional. When you call to schedule an appointment she won’t give you a time but will tell you she will call you when you can come. Usually have to call her back to see if she’s ready for you and if she says yes and once you get to shop you still end up waiting an hour or more . Susan doesn’t listen to how you want your hair styled and when you tell her that’s not what I asked for she gets an attitude. Susan is rude in the way she speaks to customers and when a customer corrects her on how she’s speaking to them she wants to say the customer is being rude to her. Don’t get me wrong Susan is a great stylist but her customer service skills are horrible and for that reason she won’t be getting anymore of my business.
