“Avis called me yesterday and said they wouldn’t have any vehicles for our reservation today. I frantically searched for hours, sick to my stomach from stress, couldn’t find anything affordable ANYWHERE. I put my phone down and said a quick prayer and reminded myself God is in control.

Today we get to enterprise and we are waiting in the front room with others who need vehicles. Making small talk, trading stories and laughs, being friendly with the employees who are very clearly stressed with the high demand right now.

One of the men my husband was talking to declined the 15 passenger van they offered him, he wanted something smaller. I jokingly said we would take it. The enterprise employee said “you really will?” I said yeah as long as I’m paying the same as what I was going to pay. He said I can do that. He also added a discount for the inconvenience.

Emmanuel genuinely cared about helping us. You could tell the entire enterprise crew were dealing with a high-pressure situation, but he still took the time to communicate, keep things organized, and make everyone feel taken care of. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed, and we are so grateful!
