When I picked my vehicle up, I was surprised to see that the I would be receiving a 2022 van instead of a newer model which was available on the lot. Nonetheless, I accepted the vehicle I was given. Cons of the vehicle is the fact that half way through my trip, the brakes ended up being bad, there was no wiper fluid in the reservoir. The tire pressure was low and the radio and GPS screen went out so I didn't have navigation as I was traveling through the great smoky mountains with four teenagers. I wasn't able to switch the vehicle out for another van because the destination location did not have anything large enough to accommodate my party so I
kept the vehicle and traveled only during the daylight hours. When I returned my vehicle, after speaking with the representative Rashad
He immediately asked what could he do to make things right with my previous bad experience. Rashad went above and beyond to make sure that I would be a returning customer even though my experience was not the best. My 4 star rating is specifically for the outstanding customer service I received from Rashad and how he went above and beyond to make certain that I was compensated for my troubles. He also promised not to rent that particular vehicle out to any other customers until all of these issues were addressed. Keep setting the bar high Rashad!”

“Went to the Griffin Enterprise location after dropping of my vehicle to be repaired. The experience was awesome and amazing. Erica had called my wife earlier to let her know that they had a received a call from the insurance agent. She made sure that we had a car comparable to ours that was being repaired.
