There was a issue with it starting twice after purchasing it and the company sent a tow truck out to take it to be looked at and repaired and it didn't cost my mom anything! If I remember correctly the first time it was from over filling the gas. Don't remember the second reason but it doesn't matter because they made sure my mom was taken care of!”
