“Ross is one of those kind of stores that you go in when you're not in a hurry they never have enough cashiers but the cashier that they do have make the wait not so bad sooo friendly and Apologetic for the waiting and you can never find nobody to help you pick things on a high Shelf but the prices are good you just need to have a lot of patience plus I had the pleasure of meeting one of the mangers I believe his name was Mr.Edward'sVery nice also Apologize for the wait and I was complaining about the Lack of help And he was on a register Ross need more like ? ? him by the way this Particular Ross was in McDonough Georgia And enjoy your echo to mostly all of them But this particular one What's different A pleasure to shop there”
“Excellent customer service! Stopped by after the store was closed. Owners explained that they travel to different trade rooms across the country and this is a small business! I was happy they explained and apologized, but I think it’s cool they are doing the hard work to meet with the brands they have in store. I completely understood as a small business owner myself.They helped style me for an event and I was beat dressed! They have Asics and those were in style back when I was a kid. My teenage son couldn’t believe my outfit? They also have an app which is different. You can order on the app or the website and have items shipped to your home. They just made my Christmas shopping easy!I’ll be ordering online since I’m now traveling myself, but whenever I’m in town, I certainly will be supporting. They also mentioned to follow their social media to stay in the loop for their store updates and closings on travel days! I will be back!”

“I ordered some jeans last night on clearance that were so pretty cute and this morning to ask some questions !! Gabe not only answered my questions but called me back later when he got my order to let me know that the exact jeans i ordered were OOS . HOWEVER this wonderful human gathered multiple pairs of similar jeans in different sizes and helped me find some that i liked EVEN MORE i don’t leave reviews often but he really did make my day, i haven’t found jeans in YEARS that i felt comfortable in until today, and i wouldn’t have picked them out myself haha”

“First time going and there was a lot to look at It was very crowded and stuff thrown everywhere saw some things I liked but not in my size, bought a coat was to small when I got home but that was my fault I didn't try it on just looked at the size it was my usual so I bought it but did get Grinch house shoes got them in the jewelry section but was excited to get them in my size.”
