“I usually go to the location in Morrow (Horrible). But the McDonough location is easily the better location. Everyone seems very professional and willing to help which is great. This is my favorite Best Buy.

“Just when you think customer service is dead, your faith is restored. This Office Depot is not near home or work but I ended up here to buy a particular printer and the experience was really unbelievable! I encountered 4 different employees and every one of them treated me with respect and kindness. They went above and beyond, complimented and assisted each other and did more then was expected. One was the store manager. Today, I passed 2 Office Depots to get here and the same experience! Kinda sad that customer service is so bad these days but this store manager and these employees should be training others in customer service!! Kindness and respect is the recipe for repeat customers!”
