I’ve been sitting here for 31 minutes.. Who closes the entire store down for lunch at 4pm ? There’s literally 5 other cars here, apparently this is the norm for this location based off the reviews ! Super unprofessional.

Closed for lunch at 3pm and 4pm still here! This is unacceptable! And close at 6pm!!! Not a happy costumer at all!! Plus there are 6 other vehicles sitting here waiting!

Got here at 3:30 to a closed store with a sign that says “out to lunch, be back soon.” First of all, who eat’s lunch at 3:30? Second, who thinks it’s okay to close a whole store to do so? There are like 5 other cars here waiting for the store to reopen. I’ve been here for 30 minutes and still nothing. Drove across town for this. Also called customer service and they were no help at all… terrible.

I made the mistake of ordering through the app for 5 items allocated at this store.
?.. First off, the COSMOPROF app marked MY ENTIRE order present in THIS store… SO under that impression, I order it for same-day delivery to have everything delivered to me.
I get a call minutes later from an employee named Sam, saying their system wasn’t updated so they didn’t quite have everything I wanted. OK COOL, She tells me that and minutes later I receive an email saying my entire order was cancelled. NOT BY ME BUT BY THEIR system ..
SO it’s cancelled, My funds were returned with no issue & I went ahead and place a different order with another location since this location never has never been reliable ❗️ (Y'all got to go to the MORROW LOCATION)…
I received one final call me from the same employee Sam who notified me my 3 of my ordered items was delivered to my home. Confused, she hands over the phone to the manager, which by the way threatened to report me to their corporate for apparently receiving “stolen” merchandise. FROM A ORDER THEY CANCELLED ON THEIR BEHALF.
I had the option to return the items BY THE END OF the day today (9/13/24) or PAY for the 3/5 items that were delivered to my home bc their excuse was “the store is out of money”. THATS A STORE problem NOT a customer problem….. MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED, WITH A CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT TO ME saying the ENTIRE THING WAS CANCELED?!?!
AVOID THIS LOCATION AND SAVE YOUR MONEY BY GOING TO A DIFFERENT BUSINESS FOR LICENSED COSMETOLOGISTS.
I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH THE STORE MANAGER AND her choice of words and attitude towards this situation. ZERO STARS!

Let me start by saying this company as a whole sucks and I would gladly give them negative stars but they have great associates! Mylen and Felicia ( the manager) spent almost 2 hours trying to fix my membership card that hasn't worked in 8+years because of corporate. These days you rarely find customer service like that and I hope they get rewarded for going out of there way to help me. Thank you ladies you guys are awesome!!

It's always something with this store but it seems everytime I come here the store closed down early,opened later than posted hours or like today when I come at 3 and the whole shop is closed with a sign that says out for lunch. It is completely inconvenient for all Hair stylist to have a store have posted hours and they are NEVER the hours they keep. Here I sit 30 minutes later and still nobody here, mind you I have to be back at work at 4 and need the products I was coming to buy. Do better!

I met Ms Felecia in yesterday.. she’s the manager there.. Her customer service was outstanding.. I called about shade trade she wasn’t certain what that was but made it her effort to find out and assist me very professionally.. Will definitely visit that’s location again.. my new friend.. atmosphere and her beautiful smile lights up the store.. thanks again love.. you rock

I am a hairstylist who drives to McDonough Cosmoprof from Griffin. I have always found what I need and the staff is awesome. I spend hundreds of dollars a month in this store BUT I do find it VERY inconvenient that they do not have a public restroom. Very hard to relax and concentrate after a 30 minute drive if you have to pee. No public restroom in the whole shopping center. The Macon store has no problem letting you use the restroom. It needs to be addressed

Very disappointed. Went to grab a few things today and made sure to rush and be there 30 minutes before closing. Clearly states on the door closes at four. However the door was locked and everything was shut down. Pretty sure I saw the employee rushing to drive away so she completely ignored us and left. Will not be back.
