Gave me medication I told them I didn't want, told them immediately once I received the bag and they said they are on lunch and I have to wait until they get back to fix the issue. Customer service sucks and their accuracy on something as important as medications is unacceptable!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came to pick up ONE medication and it turned out I had 3, which would have been fine had they disclosed that! I'm thinking ONE pain medication I'm picking up is over 90 dollars, turns out, a medication I DONT EVEN TAKE ANYMORE WAS $90!!!! I immediately went in and told them & they said "we cannot refund you because we've already mixed the medication" absolute IDIOTS DOWN HERE!!!!! What pharmacy doesn't tell you how many medications you're paying for??? Nichelle Burrison is the INCOMPETENT manager. Highly suggest you call corporate if you want actual change at this location!!! I witnessed employees handling loose pills with their bare hands. Ridiculous, especially during the pandemic.

I came to this pharmacy to put in my prescriptions. They were both the same & my insurance wouldn't cover them, so I asked if they could do a discount. She did, saying they would be ready at three pm. I came back at three, they were not ready & one of the pharmacists said one of the medications would be a lot more than what I was originally told. I left and came back a third time saying that I only wanted the discounted one. As I sat down, I overheard/ & saw the pharmacist filling the prescriptions say, and I quote, "I should strangle her...I heard her this morning and she said it was fine". This lady has blonde hair, fills prescriptions & wears glasses I believe. I already knew when explaining my prescription pick up was possibly confusing. Either way, I was not trying to make it confusing and I apologize but her response was extremely unprofessional and honestly it hurt my feelings as my birthday was the next day :)

I switched to this pharmacy about a month ago. So far, I have been impressed. I have many prescriptions and I haven't had problems. A few of my medicines have to be special-ordered but they have taken care of it well. The staff seems pleasant and helpful even when they are swamped. All the pharmacies seem to be crazy sometimes with COVID19 tests and all but this pharmacy handles it well. At their busiest, they seem to be well-staffed.

This will be my last time going to this pharmacy !!! These people are so inexperienced and always getting everything wrong !!! My kid was at the Er for upper respiratory infection ..I called several times to see if the medication was sent in .The little girl insisted that no one called it in ..I stayed up all night checking on my child with no medication ...I was highly upset thinking the doctor forgot to call it in but after speaking to him the next day he said he spoke to someone here and cvs called them back a well because the dose was changed ..I'm not sure what this pharmacy got going on!!! This place is ridiculous!!!!!

They always bill my children's meds wrong! Then take hours to correct the situation. Today is not the first time this has happened and it's very inconvenient. From 11am this morning I have been told that my son's medicine would take 20 mins! I called at 1pm was told 20 more minutes, called back at 2:30pm was told that it would be done at 4pm once they corrected billing issue, called back AGAIN at 4:38 and was told 30 mins! It is now 5:27pm I'm on my way over there! A whole day has passed and my son is very sick and has but unable to get his meds. I am 9 months pregnant on high risk bedrest and this event has been very stressful trying to get my son's medicine
