United States is horrible service. The pharmacist is rude and she acts as if she doesn’t want to help you. They don’t care about their customers and need to go work in a warehouse where they don’t have to speak to customers or in the back of a zoo. If I wouldn’t have to go to CVS because of Caremark I would never go there. Publix is polite and respectful workers. If you have a choice go there.

Subject: Formal Complaint – Rude Employee at CVS Store #8934 – McDonough, GA
Dear CVS Customer Relations,
I am writing to report a disappointing customer service experience that occurred at your CVS location at 1870 Highway 81, McDonough, GA 30252 (Store #8934) on June 22, 2025, at approximately 8:00 PM.
Upon entering the store, I politely asked an employee—reportedly named Kim (an African American woman, fair-skinned, with black and gray hair)—where I could find a trash can. She initially ignored my question. After asking a second time, she responded curtly with, “I heard you,” in a dismissive and rude tone.
Surprised by the response, I calmly replied, “I am sorry, ma’am, it didn’t seem you did.” She then stated, “I will walk you to it.” After following her to the trash can and discarding my trash, I said, “Thank you, ma’am,” but she offered no response and simply walked away without acknowledgment.
This interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism from CVS employees, and this experience did not meet that standard. I trust that this matter will be reviewed and handled appropriately to help ensure future interactions with customers are respectful and service-oriented.

I shop at CVS once a week. I get my medications and all my personal items at CVS. I especially like shopping with the coupons.

Front of the store absolutely amazing! So sweet,attentive, quick and great personalities. Pharmacy here absolute trash. I switched all my scripts to Publix in Ola and I am in the process of switching my husband's now. They are rude, don't acknowledge customers when they are in line, sends out text that scripts are ready,when you get there they aren't,then they say we will get it ready shortly,now here it is 2 hours later and it still isn't ready and no text sent. You call the pharmacy,it automatically tells you it's 30 min wait on the phone but there will be no one there and phone just ringing. Ask me how I know bc after calling repeatedly to check on a script with no answer I drove up there and called while looking at them and they never even attempted to answer it. Do yourself a favor and don't use this pharmacy. I've even tried to fill the script in the app and still isn't ready when stated. Needs a total retrain on customer service and work efficiency.

Very attentive and helpful team member at the CVS on Rte 81 in McDonough. She was, pleasant, attentive and very knowledgeable. Definitely one of my best shopping experience at that CVS pharmacy. She went the extra step to check why one of my medications wasn’t ready. I was too early and she asked if I had some at home …. which I did.

I think the manager Ashley Thompson does an excellent job of keeping the store well stock, clean and organized. My favorite clerk Shirley always greets me with that infectious smile and is always upbeat, and helpful. The pharmacy staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful.

Visited this facility today, 2-9-2025, and Ashley was sooooo sweet and professional. I had been to another Cvs and they didn't resolve my issue the way she did. For some reason Cvs brands are out of stock on a lot of items. Ashley provided a smoothie and quick transaction and I greatly appreciated that. Once I got to the register Kim was so patient and professional with me as well. Such a nice welcoming environment. Thanks!
