This place needs new management, Clean house and start over! Pharmacy is rude, they have no answers and make up their own rules. The attitude on these employees is absolutely mind blowing! I discourage patients from using them if possible.

After a long day of doctor appointment from a previous open heart surgery. The experience I had at this location was unbelievable,unprofessional, inconsiderate, rude, the staff in the pharmacy was to me today. Even asking to speak to the manager made the matter worse. Due to my illness I knew I needed to remain calm. While making this review I am still in disbelief on how I was treated today with such rudeness and no regards for a customer.

My sister went into the pharmacy to get her prescriptions the staff was rude inconsiderate very unprofessional. My sister just had open heart surgery & the staff could have cared less if she got her prescription I’m mortified by the behavior of the staff very rude I was shocked to encounter such behavior at the world’s biggest pharmacy even the manager is in with the unprofessional staff. Is there anything can be done about this matter?

I visit this location Tuesday evening 01/09/24 around 5pm, the customer service was horrible, they don't have a sense of urgency and not only are they rude, the person who was helping me was being sarcastic. She never gave me eye contact, she never smiled, and she didn't greet me. If a customer has to get out of their bed to come pickup medications they shouldn't have to deal unfriendly employees.

When I arrive at this particular CVS I am always greeted with a smile, and taken care of with care. Katie is a great help. She is always willing to assist. Ebonnie is always patient and willing to assist with my needs and a smile. I appreciate this location most!

My son was racially profiled because he used the self checkout option. We were in a hurry and he knew that option was more convenient. The machine continued to reject his $1 bill so the clerk suggested it was fraudulent. She was rude and prejudiced towards my son. I’ll never buy from this store again. Very disappointing.

I just left this location. The worst place ever. My prescription was on hold.out of stock You can buy it over the counter They would order it. They had every excuse in the world. They should be able to fill a prescription. Ridiculous They had two employees telling me anything they could think of but why they can not do their job

The pharmacy is AMAZING! I am on part time disability currently. Between my Dr appointments & life. They have ALWAYS worked with me to ensure I get home quickly to rest & relax!

I had a rx sent here for a shot and was supposed to return to the Dr. office so they could administer the shot. First of the person at the window today 6/19/23. mumbled something. I said excuse me ( no response). I sat there at least 7 minutes. After I give my information, I was told it would be 1-2 hours. I said no I'm not coming back .I don't want it. cancel it. I have been calling since 11:23am it is now 8:14pm. No one has answered the phone. I even had my daughter call so I could get some sleep for work. I have been a cvs customer the majority of my adult life. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst experience ever. How can you be a pharmacist and not answer the phone. You are handling ppl medications. Needless to say they processed the rx and no one answered the phone for me to have the rx transferred to my normal cvs. Now in the morning when I get off I have to drive over there to get the rx,and probably wait an hour once I get there. Just sad?

Worst store ever I been trying to do a transfer for my prescription since the past Friday my Dr has called ive called 4xs and other pharmacy has call and ur on hold for hrs as I text this now I'm hold now 32min its a shame if someone was in dier stress I hate it for u to get ur meds good luck....love McDonough hate CVS in the square

Needed to call and get information on a prescription that I needed and I called at 2 different times of the same day and no one ever picked up and I was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Terrible customer service!!

Every time I've used this CVS the pharmacy has been unreasonably slow. Two hours in line to pickup medicine is insane. Trying to get someone on the phone is even more difficult.

I went Pharmacy today not feeling well and irritated that I needed to go inside of the store. However, a warm :-) Spirit, by the name of Charmane helped me with my issue. Not only did she help me, she was able to expedite my medication, and she seen the discomfort on my face. While I waited ( 10 minutes) she was multitasking, working two cash registers, keeping a smile on her face even when customers were difficult and rude. Hats off to this young lady, she displayed impeccable, customer, service, product, knowledge, and time management.
