Not a friendly or customer service oriented pharmacy staff. I tried to filled a Rx but was told but by the tech that they couldn’t fill it at this location or any other location in the area. The pharmacist double down on the information of the item not being in stock or able to be ordered, they didn’t bother looking for it.
Luck may have it, the CVS inside the Target in McDonough was friendly and even tho the item was not in stock, the staff member was able to order it for me.
Try other locations, maybe other pharmacies unless your expectations are low in which case, welcome to this CVS.

Sat outside 20 minutes past 8am and they never opened the door. I guess they open when they want, save yourself some time and go to Walgreens

My son recently had surgery so I needed a childrens tylenol... I have 2 kids in the car so I went through the drive thru... they wouldn't sell me one and didn't even care to help. (No worries, I found a walgreens and they sold me one at the drive thru)
CVS is and ALWAYS will be a last resort!

Pharmacy drive-thru is only open when they want it to be. Everyone in the pharmacy goes to lunch at the same time leaving the pharmacy closed for an hour in the middle of the day ! STUPID !!

Pharmacy is ridiculous. They get my medication wrong more than McDonald's gets my order wrong. Everyone is rude and CLEARLY doesn't care. I was shaking at the counter waiting for my medications and ended up getting so much anxiety I just left, no one said sorry or had a solution to my problem that CVS created. I'm moving all my prescriptions and shopping to Publix and I will NOT be back. I will also spread the word of my HORRIBLE experience.

Jessica was amazing. My Grandson was Diagnose with the flu this morning. Jessica was so informative on his medication. She's amazing.

When you want the bare minimum service, bad attitude and almost a whooping come visit this CVS while in McDonough GA! Terrible service ??♂️ keep it up, you guys are next to close all the stores.

I would give them no stars!!!!! They have 5 people working and apparently could not find anything! Long line in drive thru! My medicine was sent here from the cvs on 81 an hour ago and came to pick up medicine and said it will be 20 min wait when my medicine would be ready. My medicine is in a box so it should be able to get a box of medicine. They don't answer phone and it looked like they were not helping the drive thru people. Lazy people talking about who is going to work in the morning.
