⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service – This Location Sets the Standard
I had a genuinely great experience at this CVS and felt it was important to acknowledge the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, patience, and care — the kind of service that makes you want to return and recommend the location to others.
The staff was attentive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. In a time when quality service can feel rare, this team truly stands out. You can tell they take pride in how they treat their customers, and that deserves recognition.
As someone whose reviews reach a wide audience, I don’t leave feedback lightly — but this location earned it. If CVS is serious about customer experience, this team is absolutely doing it right.

Awesome customer service from Jocelyn. I did separate ring ups at the counter. She noticed on the first receipt I had savings. She encouraged me to use my savings on the second one. Normally cashiers just ring you up and let you go on your way. I appreciate she paid attention to that small detail to save me money in this economy.

The only consistent positive element at this location is the service provided by the front store staff. Unfortunately, the performance of the Pharmacy Department is consistently poor and has created significant ongoing inconvenience. The pharmacy employees are repeatedly rude and unprofessional, exhibiting a notable lack of empathy. A basic level of courtesy and a positive demeanor are absent, which severely impacts the patient experience. The pharmacy consistently fails to answer the phone, making it impossible to receive updates or resolve issues remotely. This communication breakdown is so severe that even my primary care physician's office has struggled to reach them. Furthermore, the transition to AI prompts and automated systems without adequate staff backup is highly concerning. This setup creates a significant accessibility barrier that is discriminatory at best, severely impacting the most vulnerable and disabled patients who rely on remote assistance.
On nearly every pickup, I am forced to verify the pricing to ensure that my insurance, which is on file, has been correctly applied. Due to this consistent oversight, I have repeatedly paid unnecessary out-of-pocket costs. It is unacceptable that the customer must manually audit the pharmacy’s billing process to avoid being overcharged. My most recent visit involved a reported system outage. After driving to the location because my calls were unanswered, I was informed that they had not received my prescription, and I was subsequently told to wait an hour. Ended up paying out of pocket cost again since their system repeatedly timed out. I have had far superior experiences with competitor pharmacies where staff are proactive, always answer the phone, and provide care—often with significantly fewer resources than are available at this location. This pattern of failures indicates a systemic problem that must be addressed immediately.

I needed to print a picture of my mom for her funeral and I made a couple of mistakes, but Jamya at the front desk was so kind and understanding. Please keep her there she is a nice person and there are not many customer service workers who are genuinely nice. ❤️

TRASH. I came today to print pictures for my mama and grandmother on the kiosk that itself advertised a promo code for a discount. However I noticed as I was going through the prompts there was no where to put the code in and it just submitted them. So I went to the counter and was like hey where do I put the promo code? The pictures by the time I got to the front had printed and she said well you need to order them online for we can’t do it on our end. Mind you it took me an hour to navigate and edit and do all of that on the kiosk. I asked can they apply the discount at the register - she said nope - I would have to reorder it all over again from my phone. I did that and then had to wait 30mins for the pictures to be sent over - very frustrating. The lady who I spoke with was very short with me. I then paid for the new order and went to grab my pictures and she was like well I’m going to throw these away. I said oh can I just have them since you will throw them away she said you will have to pay for them.
Just throw the whole place away. What’s the point of the kiosk and advertise promocode if you can’t apply them to the kiosk?!

The worst drive thru service of any CVS I have ever been to.
I have been waiting one 1 car holding up the line for 30 minutes. I live 2 minutes from the CVS. This is sad. And it’s not the only time it’s happened. Many times I have waited. This it it. I will go somewhere else in the future. I even waited at the window for 10 minutes waiting for someone to service me. This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
