I would give them no stars!!!!! They have 5 people working and apparently could not find anything! Long line in drive thru! My medicine was sent here from the cvs on 81 an hour ago and came to pick up medicine and said it will be 20 min wait when my medicine would be ready. My medicine is in a box so it should be able to get a box of medicine. They don't answer phone and it looked like they were not helping the drive thru people. Lazy people talking about who is going to work in the morning.

Just go to the Publix pharmacy across the street. This CVS has become absolutely horrible. They don’t deserve my business.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Gave my pregnant wife an attitude after they called us and told us to come pick up the medicine she needed to get her fever down. We show up and they tell us they are closing early and we can pick up the medication the following Monday. They closed 3 hours early and had called us less than 15 minutes prior to come get the medicine. She was so rude, my wife went running out of the store crying. Completely uncalled for.

What I just experienced from this particular female named Leslie Jordan was absolutely appalling. She lied about not having the product which was there. I called back and spoke with another technician whom confirmed the availability of both the name brand and CVS brand. She was rude and unprofessional. I will be calling Corporate to file a complaint. I will also file with the BBB. For her to blatantly lie is morally wrong! She needs to change her career. She doesn’t care for people and need not to be of service to society! The acting manager Christine also heard how she spoke to me and had nothing to say. They both need leadership skills and classes! Their actions were distasteful and lacked class! I will be calling The Georgia Board of Pharmacy first thing in the morning!

Terrible customer service. Staff takes forever to answer the phone. Prescriptions aren’t ready on time. No apology or care. I tried asking why the drive thru wasn’t open and I just got ignored by the staff. I complained to the pharmacy lead and was told the other employee wasn’t scheduled to be there and was working out of the goodness of her heart. So I guess I should’ve been “thankful” for the attitude and bare minimum service.

I just don’t understand. I am aware that everywhere is understaffed, but this pharmacy NEVER answers the phone, and is always difficult to deal with. I have been here off and on for many many years and it always bites me in the butt. It’s just not worth it.

Something has changed in the pharmacy. They are so slow at filling perscriptions phoned in by my doctor's office. This is not a one time thing, but has become a constant issue.

Not a good experience, go elsewhere. I've stuck with this pharmacy for years despite poor performance since it is so close but I can't anymore. Always a long wait, very understaffed.edit: I just got a call from the pharmacy I transferred the prescriptions to and they can't fill them because CVS won't answer the phone lol. What a clown show.

This pharmacy is THE WORST. There's always an issue filling prescriptions that I always find out that I didn't have to pay for, they do not answer the phone and do t let it be 30 minutes till close, they will let the phones ring until they automatically turn off. I haven't had 1 pleasant experience here. I transfer to Publix!

Today's edit (7-14-2023):For 2 days in a row, I had trouble of getting someone on the phoneabout my refills. Today, I had enough and I went up to see what's the holdup of my medicines. One medicine quoted on my app it's in process (Carvedilol ER 20MG) and when I came there, they just now saying they don't have it. I also asked about my Vitamin C prescription, a rep pointed me to pharmacy dropoff. I went back to confront him and the arrogant pharmacist with a messed up attitude mentions I have to get it over the counter. She made me feel stupid and embarrassed of my 2 Trulicitys prescribtion saying my doctor prescribed me two. Duh, I know that as I quoted to her. She berated me by quoting you can't get your money back for one. Duh, I know that. I asked her of my concerns of my Carvedilol ER 20MG that's not available she walked away and ignored me. A rep at the cash register doesn't know how to use the PayPal transaction for me to pay. He arrogantly had said I don't have no money in my acct. Please retrain this staff also the pharmacist and I will not come back to this pharmacist plus I am moving my family prescriptions over to Publix due to their compassionate and friendly service!!! ??????I am a regular customer and I came to this location yesterday morning on 9-4-2018. I did not get a welcome when I entered the store. I asked the young woman for help she said, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I was shocked and I told her I came here to use the MoneyGram machine and she said its broke, sorry. She did not give me an explanation of why it's down. I felt so embarrased and belittled. I will not be returning at all.

I'm currently suing CVS because of this store. Their pharmacist Draya Carpenter refused to speak with me and called the police. I was investigated for forgery! The police had to go to my Dr's office to prove that they called in a prescription and not me! The Pharmacist refused to speak to me before the police arrived! Had she spoken to me she would've known that wanted to cancel the order to have it filled elsewhere. I've been exonerated but CVS has yet to apologize or acknowledge that they were wrong. Did I mention that the pharmacist showed the police my profile?

I hate to say it but this is a pretty bad pharmacy. VERY untimely and difficult to deal with. I have had many issues with this location and sadly I decided to move to another store (brand). Which I have done before and has never been a problem, but this CVS told the new store (Publix) they WOULD NOT release my profile. So instead of having it be easy, I had to have the doctor rewrite my medications and send them to a new pharmacy. Shameful really. Avoid the drive-thru if you can, somehow it's even worse than the inside "help". I have used CVS all over the country and never had consistent issues, delays, and lies like here. Things happen Lord knows! But this place needs to start over!!

I stayed on hold for 2 hours. The guy who answered struggled to understand me and eventually told me my medicine wasn't in stock. I asked if he'd check stores around the area and he told me his line was long in the store. I WAITED 2 HOURS ON HOLD! Unacceptable.

Travis, the manager, was super helpful! We were looking for a BlendJet 2 and were finally able to track down one at this store. He was kind and jumped right in to help us when one of the associates was unsure of where to locate the item. He even offered to check the stock of surrounding stores if we were not happy with the color.
