Worse CVS ever. Nothing is ever on time even when they advise you “it’ll be ready in a hour”. Prescription transfers that usually take 24 hours takes them 4 days to compete. Pharmacist attitudes are the worse. The looks they give you when youre there are the worse! If you dont want to do the job dont APPLY for it. No one is forcing you to fill prescriptions all day. I’ll be moving all my prescriptions to another Pharmacy. I wont even be coming here to do my shopping.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I LOVED the young gentleman that assisted me at check out. He was willing to go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Even was explaining things to me!! Exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE!! GIVE HIM A BIG FAT RAISE

The people at this location are really nice all the way up to the pharmacist, but I do believe they get overwhelmed and conveniently delete prescriptions. Therefore I've decided to transfer all of my prescriptions out to another pharmacy to help them out a little. 👋🏾✌🏾

Wow! What a great experience at this location because of associate DANETTE.(Jonesboro rd) She has superior customer service skills and her personality is full of sunshine. I came in looking for a product I found on line that no longer sold in the store. She went to the back warehouse of the store and found it for me. She could have said no we do not have and let me leave disappointed. Two elderly ladies came in after me with coupons. One coupon got stuck in the self check out and Danette assist her with grace and kindness. The other forgot to send hers to her card and Danette took the time to show her how also multi tasking as she address bystander she return to them shortly. I like the fact Danette did not get frustrate or give off angry signals. She remain calm and delighted the room like a leader. I would recommend her for a manager position. She has great critical thinking skills under pressure.

Last couple prescriptions I have waited over 24hrs for. They don't let you know when something is wrong. Each time I initiated a transfer to walgreens amd prescription was ready in an hr from initiation. Won't be sending rx to cvs anymore.

The Worst Pharmacy dept ever . I Have went into the location the pharmacist just looked and did not greet me for over 5 mins . Until i said hello is anyone here to assist me. Im pregnant and have been calling multiple times for Prenatal pills 90 count that was sent there . I have been told its not there on multiple days . Come to find out they have a 30 count available that i could of had given to me but the pharmacist failed to give me the option and instead sent me on my way. This is the worst CVS pharmacy i have ever came in contact with. Please do better !!

The drive-thru pharmacy technician was super helpful when asking about Good RX. She plugged it in for me on her phone because my phone service wouldn’t pull it up and saved me $17. She was eager to help and didn’t act like it was a bother which is common with todays lack of customer service. Really appreciate service like that. Thank you.

These people are dumb and rude and completely set on being as unhelpful as possible. They don’t have common medications in stock and they won’t even answer the phone. I hate them
