Are there any friendly workers with good customer service? I always tell myself I’ll never come back to this one because the staff is always rude. I only ever come for photos that I have ordered and every single time they act annoyed or like I am a bother to them. Please don’t come to this location!!!!!

Ms. Sha-Ron is the best my medicine was super expensive and she told me about a discountthat may be available through the manufacturerand it saved me 175$ i am so grateful ...this pharmacy is always friendly and knowledgeable... I recommend this pharmacy to everybody

Michael the store manager needs to be fired and i should press charges for harrasment. He told me my child can't touch anything in his store. Which was only two items that she touched while I was looking for something. Then he comes to my buggy where my book bag was and he starts looking through my book bag.

The store closed early which would have been fine had the manager or whoever the heavy set guy that works nights not stood there at the register staring at me with this smirk on his face.
I was simply trying to make some money working Uber Eats... I got bills to pay too! I had ONE order with only TWO items would have taken 60-90 seconds to do but he just stood there with that smirk.
While I was calling customer service to cancel the order, he came to the door and said something (I don't know what he said because I was speaking on the phone). He then immediately shut the door and walked away, back to his counter to stare at me through the glass. I get it, if you have to close early then do so and be done.
Ridiculous and unprofessional (not that CVS is actually professional to begin with).

I’ve had the same medications being filled here for nearly 5 years. The pharmacist YUSUF interrogated and yelled at me demanding I reveal my personal health information as to why I’m prescribed my medication. Nearly 5 years of receiving the exact same medication from this specific pharmacy and 2/14/2025 is the day Yusuf decides he is my doctor and which of my 3 medications I can take and couldn’t. Yusuf then says CVS says I can’t have my medication, then CVS corporate says YUSUF I can’t have my medication. The pharmacists at this location want to play doctor even with patients on stabilizing medications that have taken the same medications for years. Yusuf clearly comes from a culture where women do not have choices and therefore wants to make choices for the female patients utilizing this pharmacy. I have called corporate and no one has called me back, thus have transferred my business elsewhere. If harm comes to me before the next pharmacy can pick up my therapies, as GOD IS MY WITNESS, I will absolutely SUE CVS AND YUSUF FOR CAUSING ME UNNECESSARY HARM!!

Pharmacy hours are terrible. Especially for a community that is based on commuting into Atlanta.
Store is dirty, and floor looks gross.

I don't know why. but everytime I come to this store...I'm always being clocked. There's always some employee peeking around the corner clocking me. I'm so over it! I thought at first I was just paranoid....but this has happened several times. Y'all need to stop being so obvious. Why not just use your cameras to follow me in the store? That would certainly be less intrusive. The last time I went it was Sunday 08/25 around 10am. I was browsing hoping to use my 40% coupon and the young lady at the register and the woman with blond hair was clocking my every move and one was caught and she tried to play it off. Really???? I just decided to cut my visit short, since obviously I was getting their anxiety levels high. I did ask the cashier if she would like to look in my purse for any stolen items. She declined. She was so flustered she forgot to put my item in a bag. I had to ask her to do this. Y'all need to do better. Very disappointed! If it would help you out, I will refrain from shopping on your store. I want to have a pleasant shopping experience and I want you to have a pleasant shift at work. 😩☹️👎🏼🫵🏼

Raynell was great! She really helped me with errors that were made at another drug store. One of the young ladies helped me pick a medication that was on the shelf. She was very nice and came from behind the counter to help me. They were very polite and helpful. GREAT JOB LADIES!!

Husband just left this location after leaving Urgent Care for breathing issues. He needs Nebulizer solution prior to leaving as an OTR truck driver. Pharmacy tells him that they can't fill the prescription because they close in 30 minutes. When he said that he couldn't wait until tomorrow, she says that she understands but they close in 30 minutes (not 10 or 15, but 30???). Zero empathy.

The staff are very friendly and helpful one of the members Angelica I feel like I went above and beyond because she asked me did I want a big bag from having more stuff even when I was at self check out.
