PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE‼️ VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Called 2x different times in the day and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Waited over 30 minutes the first try and second try was over an hour!!! (1 hour 20 minutes to be exact). That is ridiculous. Hire more people to answer the phone. I will be taking my business to another pharmacy.

The staff at the CVS in McDonough, located inside Target, are truly outstanding! They are incredibly helpful, kind, and patient, always going above and beyond to assist and answer any questions. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a great experience for their customers. Having dealt with other pharmacies in the past, I can confidently say this location is by far the best. Thank you all for your exceptional service—I truly appreciate everything you’ve done and look forward to continuing to work with you in the future!

When Shay worked alone it was NEVER EVER EVER an issue with getting prescriptions on time. Now CVS in Target has 2 different people and everything is put on hold and forgotten or some excuse is made to why it will be a wait or a delay for another day or why they are "extremely busy" and it will have to be picked up tomorrow or they "just changed manufacturing companies so it's backed up". It's too much for me. It's time to let CVS go. It's not that hard to run insurance, get approval and fill. It's 2 people now. One can fill and the other can get approval. Bimm 2 birds 1 stone. Brian has a very nasty attitude.

I was hung up on by thecashier none of my insurance information was in the system then when I get there she finds my information in the system like I told her it was… it’s sad they allow someone this rude to be the cashier.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The pharmacist on duty was horribly rude!! After waiting an hour and a half, she had still not checked the voice mail for my granddaughter’s prescription.

The customer service is awful at this pharmacy! The staff are good for not returning your ID back and when you call to speak with someone I always have to sit on hold for 30 minutes or more. Currently trying to find another pharmacy because this one ain’t it.

Always an issue with this pharmacy. Defensive Attitudes when you ask a question because they know they're inadequate. I always have to have my prescription filled at another location because they can do they're job properly.
