Do not use these people. You will be wasting your time and money. I had to return my truck 5 times after stalling out on the highway and missing two crashes. They cannot fix cars. I was referred to Dual Automotive by a friend. Let me say that by far they are the best shop I’ve ever been. The customer service, communication, fast service, and reasonable prices have been top tier. I have gained what seems like family now. Great job!

I love this shop! Today was my first visit for a transmission service on my 2013 F150. I called 9 different shops before this one and they were the 1st to actually answer their phones. The service advisor was so kind and professional on the phone. They gave me a very fair quote for the service. I brought my truck in and was out of there in a timely manner. They also checked my differential fluid. I was low there so they filled me up. While I was there I found out my good friends at Tara Wrecker also recommend this shop. Overall I am highly satisfied. My truck shifted beautifully on the ride home. I will definitely be back in the future for my truck needs. Thank you Dual automotive for the wonderful service. On a side note Google originally landed me at their competitors down the road. They quoted me double for the same service. I quickly let them know I was at the wrong shop but they did give me spot on directions to the best shop in Mcdonough! Thanks again!

My car broke down just south of McDonough and was towed to Dual. Unfortunately the head gasket broke and it was not feasible to repair given the age and mileage of the car. James was prompt and courteous and helped me with disposal options for the car. He went above and beyond to help me, an out of state customer. I highly recommend this company.

I do not recommend this shop because apparently they don’t know what they are doing. They worked my truck but caused an oil leak that wasn’t there before I brought it in. I took it back 3 times and they didn’t fix the problem. I paid $3000 for this service, and an extra $2000 to fix their mistake, but the owner, PATRICK, was too much of a coward to own up to his mistakes. 1 star is generous from me

They seem friendly, but it's been a week and I still haven't heard back if they received a part that was ordered for me. I'm sure they do good work, but unfortunately cannot attest to this.

Had my Canadian Lexus towed to Dual after it blew the radiator on Hwy 75 on way to Florida. Not only were they friendly and professional, they knew exactly what to do. Dual would be my shop of choice if I lived in Georgia. Had me on my way again in less than a day. Doubt I could get that service from Lexus itself. Highly recommend this business.

Go ask James at the counter. He will work with you to get your vehicle road ready. Had two of the bonus children take their vehicles to them. The overall price was great, and the work was completed when they said it would be.
