CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS GARBAGE!!! I just left this place. I asked for a frozen coffee with oat milk and was told that it couldn't be done because they can't put oat milk in the machine, only cream. This makes no sense because cream is much thicker than oat milk and would likely clog the machine faster than oat milk but whatever. This made no sense because every other Dunkin I have ever patronized has done it which I explained to the girl. I then asked, since she couldn't put oat milk in the machine, could she just add the oat milk after taking the mix out of the machine and she stated, "it won't be mixed into the frozen coffee". So, I asked, you can't mix it manually? Then another girl said that this Dunkin is individually owned so it can't be done. Ummmm...what does that have to do with getting a spoon and stirring the oat milk into the frozen coffee mix. I mean these chics have to be either the laziest or dumbest workers on the planet. Plus, they didn't care that the owner of this individually owned Dunkin is losing money with this type of customer service. So I decided to spend my money with Starbucks since this Dunkin has all the money and customers they need without my patronage. RIDICULOUS!

I guess coming into the location is where I went wrong. Maybe I'm not the right type of person. Cashier was annoyed to do her job entered in things wrong. Who confused the word donut with matcha frozen. No clue how that equals donuts. Then it was iced not frozen. The chicken wraps I ordered were chicken taco things. Probably cheaper to make. Also just word of advice for the cashier. If you hate your job soooo much just stop working. Run out of money and be homeless over being mad at people for just ordering.

The cashier Madison Was really polite and sweet. There was a wait for the food but it was fresh and delicious.

I just ordered an egg and cheese bagel and it’s hard as a rock. It taste like it’s been frozen for a while. The manager had an attitude when I asked to order cream cheese at the window so I don’t feel comfortable calling for a new breakfast sandwich. The wait was 15mins for a sandwich I can’t eat.This is unacceptable.

Rather than use a box they put all my donuts in a bag upside down making a massive mess!!! Ridiculous to wait several mins on drinks when store is empty, even worse to be served after 5 other customers came & went. Then had to ask where my drinks were bc five customers after me were served before me. All 4 employees looked at me without saying a word.

Came to this location at 8pm and half of all the donuts have already been discarded for the trash. Employees stated they are getting ready to close. Website states they don’t close until 9pm, how are we discarding donuts an entire hour before close. Dunkin’ Donuts is falling off.

Been here 4 times Inter past 2 weeks , today after being inside 15 minutes, I was told that there’s a 20 minute hold on food if you are ordering from inside the store. Either close your location or get more staff this location cannot be run by three people in the store.

Please close this location. Organization, speed, and comprehension seems to be a major issue. Its no way I should have waited 10 minutes at the drive thru ordering area to give my order. And still waited in line.
