Love Dr Redding and saddened I won't be able to see her anymore. When Aylo took over, it has ruined what was always a great experience when it was Eagles Landing. Now if there's an issue, you get bounced around on the phone like any other large corporation, starting from getting me mixed up with other patients, not having record of previous appointments, to denying my appointment AFTER my arrival due to a billing mistake I was not aware of.

I can actually say I have no complaints. The staff was great. My MA and Physician was awesome. They both listened to what I had to say and addressed my concerns.

This office charged me $135 for blood work I did not give. I only received a flu shot at the appointment but somehow they ran a whole blood workup and charged me. I called the office and asked for proof they took any and they said they couldn't provide it and that their records were enough. I've never had this happen in the 15 years I've been using this office. I don't know if it's the staff or Aylo's policies but it has made me want to stay away from all Aylo offices going forward.

Won’t be back. The only reason why I am giving stars at all is because the nurse who did my vitals was awesome. However I waited over 40 mins to be seen and I was not late. When Dr. Jodie came in she wasn’t listening to what I said. I went in for a stress appointment and instead of talking to see what was causing it or anything, she came right in and prescribed me meds. And anything I said, she went back to what type of meds she was prescribing me. I’ve never felt so not listened to from a doctor in my life. But an appt to come back for a physical and bloodwork was quickly suggested. Nope won’t be back. I didn’t feel good leaving that appointment. I waited over 40 mins for a two second appt with the doctor.
