I took a closet organizer to be shipped to this location. It had a pre-label on it. The store manager, Davita, asked that I bring it to the side and take it off the cart so she can scan it in. I took it to the cart and laid it on its side so I can slide it out. Davita asked how much did the package weighed. I told her 106 lbs. this is why they asked me to bring it to a store location. After receiving this information, she refused to take the package and said she has one driver who would not be able to handle it. Davita also explained that her receiving packages of this sizes is at her digression and she would not be doing so. She told me to call for pick-up. In the process of putting this box back in the cart, I ripped the side of my suit pants. I was wearing a suit as I was work trying to take care of this during my lunch break. I have never seen a full FedEx store that turned customers away and saying what they can or cannnot do. Management is horrible and this location needs to be closed.

FEDEX is the WORST shipping company to deal with, based upon all but one of four experiences I have had with them.I previously purchased a box valued at approximately $1.00 for what I can buy it for in Walmart, and paid $7.49 for a 13"x9"x11" shipping box, because I was told by the clerk before I purchased the box that it would be a flat rate for whatever I put inside.Today I attempted to ship in the box and was told by the clerk working at 4:15 pm on June 2, 2023, that it would cost $31 + to ship it (to a US address ). The package weighed less than 7 lbs. RIP OFF. Stay away from this FEDEX!

Agree with another post. Often store is closed in middle of the day for more than an hour. Had another experience where I was returning something that had to go thru FedEx and the agent refused to give me a receipt for my records. NEVER have these issues or any others with any location of The UPS store.

Why is this location never open when I come? I’ve never been able to successfully ship anything from here and it doesn’t really matter the time. My experiences have been between 12p and 3p. Huge inconvenience because this is location closer to me.

Phone is never answered....they take lunch between 215pm and 315pm come'on.....?

Every time I go to this location they are always closed. Recently on my lunch break I arrived a little after 2 PM. There was a sign on the door that said they will open back up until 3:40 PM. This is insane! Trust me if I didn't have to mail my package back through Fed Ex I would never, ever use this location. UPS is a little further down the street; They are so much better! I can always count on them being there and by the way, they are also open on Saturdays.

The lady who gave me my package claimed she needed my full name (on my driver's license) to put me in the system as who picked up my package. I never put my full name on any package regardless of the shipper/sender. I was fine showing my license because it has the same address as the delivery address but advised her of the alias it's under, which is the name I'm legally referred to by, not what's on the license. I advised her that's the name she needed to put and even showed proof of tracking, was logged into the account where I requested the package be placed on hold since FedEx couldn't deliver it for erroneous reasons; nothing shy of being lazy, of which the account had the same name, I gave the tracking number, etc. However, she instead chose to put the license name. Not sure why this is the only FedEx I run into issues with but I've stopped shipping through them and I'll ensure to keep it that way.

Today I went in to TRY and ship 1 package off and was met with a employee there who was everything but helpful..i wish I would have got his name..but he's a tall red headed guy..I've been to this fedEx location numerous of times and never went through all those extra steps .like asking me the name of the person the package going to or scanning my license...I've been coming to this location and not once was asked for my license and to whom my package going to...I'd likely continue coming only if he's not working!.. he definitely needs a new job..

The customer service at this Fedex location is second to none. My situation was in my opinion rather complicated and unique but Ryan was absolutely phenomenal! He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and give me the reassurance that I needed. Thanks again for all of your help.
