Should not even be considered FedEx onsite. No labels no envelope and you need to bring all your supplies from FedEx including your label and all they do is take it from you. It should be called FedEx drop off only and not wasted people’s time

Walgreens did fine, but as per usual, FedEx was late! Whenever it is my choice, I always choose UPS over FedEx!!!!

Quick and easy experience, I was in and out of there in less than five minutes. This location is for packages 55lbs and under, just as a heads up for everyone.

This was a Walgreens Fed-X pickup site. Service was terrible. Employee very unfriendly and made me feel I was imposing on him. Mind you, this was a pre-paid package, all I asked for was a receipt. Second Walgreen site I’ve had similar experiences. I would prefer being in the UPS store!

FedEx home hub in Rex(Stockbridge) has to be the worst delivery service of all shipping services! They have lost damaged and slain and delivered my packages to the wrong place so many times I can't even remember the number. they've cost me so so much money.. things that were Irreplaceable and or non-refundable special orders. it's just I don't understand I've tried working with them directly through the HUB and they still do the same thing over and over again FedEx air is fine it's only out of that Hub. I have never had such problems with USPS, UPS, DHL, LASER SHIP,FBA, or even FedEx Air for that matter. and even some of the little Legions are all miles above this particular Hub.

Walked in to the fedex department. One employee was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me,the other was acting like she was busy.very unprofessional. I'd likely won't be using their service again. Like why get a customer service job and don't assist customers.

They will not take fedex prepaid packages for AT&T. So they are or not fedex????
